    I bought my first RV here a year ago, but I will never return after my recent experience trying to trade up. Instead of helping me find what I wanted, the sales team tried to force me into a specific unit they chose, claiming the bank 'wouldn't finance' the one I actually liked because it was too old. They showed me "their best options for me" but none of them were what I was looking for. I showed them another option I liked and the sales man said they would ask for a lot of down-payment (which I was able to do) after that I felt like the salesman didn't really care to sell me the RV I wanted so I stood my ground and told him I wasn't interested in their choice, the staff became visibly annoyed and said that the RV I wanted would be so hard to finance. It was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Eventually, they changed their tune and said they could make the financing work on the RV I wanted, but they needed to 'work on it' and promised to call me back that same day, until today I haven't heard a single word. They clearly only care about moving the inventory they want to get rid of, not what the customer actually needs. If you want a dealer that listens and respects your choices, go somewhere else.

    This place is one big scam! They had us sign a 6 month consignment with intent of doing repairs then posted it for an outrageous amount without ever doing the repairs. They didn't actually want to sell it. Because now, after 6 months, they finally want to repair it but I have to sign a new consignment to sell at half the initial amount.

    I have visited a few times and called in prior almost every time, and without fail I experience a service experience that many retailers/service providers could use as a training model. When they don't know, they find out. They solve problems.

    RUDE, PUSHY, AND SKETCHY. Me and my husband were genuinely interested in buying a camper. I brought family so I knew what I was doing and had opinions. Well we’re going over what the final cost would be of one we’re looking at and all. My son then threw up really bad in the ladies office (Susan). So I went out while my husband finished talking to her. Well I decided to go out to my car, I ended up needing my husband asap to go home so we can take our son. I sent my sis in law in to get him. Susan was extremely rude and made rude and disrespectful comments about my husband. One because we wanted to leave and the other because my husband didn’t wanna jump the gun on buying something right away. She clearly couldn’t respect that and didn’t like that. You do not have to agree with someone but you do not need to be rude. Especially to talk about other people to others in a professional setting. My husband felt pushed to buy something the whole time, which maybe she wasn’t trying to but there was no need to make comments just because someone MAY NOT buy something right away. I was going to come back later, when either my son felt okay or something but yeah now I won’t ever go there. So clearly do not go here! Find some place who cares about who’s buying their shit and who isn’t rude. Even if it might be a little more; kindness and compassion is worth a little extra.

    I purchased a trailer here, but the experience was unacceptable. I was told I had to buy additional equipment to take the trailer off the lot, including a brake controller and an equalizer hitch, even though none of it was required for my vehicle. That is not guidance, that is pressure, and it is not honest. I was also pushed to call for insurance on the spot despite paying cash. Cash buyers do not need insurance to complete a sale, and forcing that step was unnecessary and misleading. On top of that, the disclosures took far too long to prepare with no clear explanation, which made the process look intentional rather than disorganized. Gene stated he has been doing this for thirty years and claimed no customer has ever been upset about upselling. That attitude speaks for itself. The tactics used were not transparent, and they damaged any trust in the transaction. For anyone considering buying an RV here, understand this clearly. The pricing is fine. The sales tactics are not. This dealership makes its money through pressure based add ons and confusing customers into thinking they are required. To the owner. My appointment was at 3:30 in the afternoon. I was not helped until 4:30. I notified Gene early that morning, giving him the entire day to prepare the paperwork. Instead, the process dragged out for no legitimate reason and wasted most of my evening. Preparing those documents is a twenty minute task at most and there was no excuse for the delay. Both salesman told me they did not care if they sold the RV. That came off very odd.
