Purchased a new hideout in 2023 (2024 model) and pointed out issues with the exterior. 3 screws right through the wall from the interior to the exterior. They told us they would fix it, but it would be months before they could do so, then Burlington closed. Now all those folks that are working in Marysville are saying that can't and won't fix it. Wrote the owners email alerting the executive team to the issue. Crickets. Do your due diligence and do from research about the lawsuit that took place in Oregon. If you still purchase after that, know what to expect. Upfront it all looks and sounds great, but it's a house of cards. READ THE BBB website about this company!!!
