While I normally do all my car maintenance I was I able to find the time before a trip and decided to go to jiffy lube. Started as a positive experience but about halfway through a employee “checked” my coolant and informed me that my vehicle was completely out of coolant stating that there would be damage if if I didn’t fill it up. I declined to overpay for them to fill it up and check it once I got home only to find that my over flow tank was only a quarter inch low and there was still plenty left. Makes me question the work done and I likely will take my business elsewhere
