I don't really understand cars, there was 1 employee who explained to me, but I don't know car parts, in fact there was a friend who laughed at me. Really bad workshop staff.not welcome and so rude 👎🏻..I really regret coming to this jiffy lube workshop.For 2 years I have been a Jiffy Lube customer, but this is the only thing that disappoints me.

They showed me the air filters and said if he didn’t have them in stock he would run across the street to auto store to get them. A little out of my way but will ho back for sure. Two thumbs up.

The staff is always super friendly and fun to chat with, they get stuff done quickly and don't try to sell you on a ton of add-ons so I trust when they strongly recommend I get something done. I got my tires rotated so I had to wait in the lobby which was drab but it was a relatively short wait. These guys even reset my oil change reminder on my car which has never happened before and was super appreciated!
