After 2 weeks I called to get a status on the repairs. They had not touched it. I went above the service director to Blake who is the service manager. The communication, did get better, but today is October 31,2025 and we just pick our trailer up. I thought no one could be worse than Blue Compass, but I guess they are all the same. Our repairs were not worthy of 8 weeks of being without our trailer. I guess next time I will take it back to the dealer in Texas. I am sure if you asked Campung world they would blame it on Jayco. I will call Jayco and find out if that was the case.
