- SHSam HaddenDec 4, 20251.0Paid 2000 dollars for a "let's go camping package" ( which meams they get it 100% ready to go camping and it makes it "certified" and I was told it wasnt an option not to get it...) and a total of 22k on trailer. They werent happy i had financing through my credit union at 6.9 percent. After a long talk I agreed with the finance guy if he could get me something close to that, I would see what they could get me finance wise as a "favor" for them having the trailer mis priced, but I didnt want them shooting holes in my credit if it wasn't going to be under 9%. They ran my credit 5 times just to tell me the 6.9% my credit union "wasn't a real rv finance number" although that is exactly what I am paying the credit union. They refuse to set the pickup date out more than 2 weeks, so I have to pay a guy to transport it out of state 1500 bucks to the location, because I had no place to store it locally, and I was moving out of state in 3 weeks. I let them know I found a driver and I needed it ready to go, on the 30th, within the timeframe they demanded. We come to pick it up, and the tires are 15 psi too low and the batteries are dead, luckily the transport guy had his own compressor, because they had no way to help us air them up at pickup, and he was able to get the batteries partially charged during the trip. I get to my trailer out of state, and its still winterized. I call to ask them why lets go camping wasn't done, and they tell me to watch some youtube videos after asking how to de-winterize it, as I am a first time RV owner. Has one half of a good tank of propane, and the 2nd tank is full of bad gas. Have had to reset the electric fireplace 5 times in less than two weeks. Crooked place to buy an RV.

- TATammy AtteberryOct 31, 20251.0We took our 2025 Jayco into camping world for warranty work. (They are the only Jayco warranty dealer in our area. Dropped off our trailer on August 5, 2025. After 2 weeks I called to get a status on the repairs. They had not touched it. I went above the service director to Blake who is the service manager. The communication, did get better, but today is October 31,2025 and we just pick our trailer up. I thought no one could be worse than Blue Compass, but I guess they are all the same. Our repairs were not worthy of 8 weeks of being without our trailer. I guess next time I will take it back to the dealer in Texas. I am sure if you asked Campung world they would blame it on Jayco. I will call Jayco and find out if that was the case.
