His knowledge and confidence were very reassuring, and it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. The entire process took only about 20 minutes, which speaks volumes about his efficiency and skill. Beyond his technical ability, Tyler was extremely friendly, professional, and approachable throughout the entire interaction. He explained things clearly and maintained a positive attitude the whole time, which made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and stress-free. Tyler went above and beyond, and his exceptional customer service made a lasting impression. Jiffy Lube is lucky to have him, and I would absolutely recommend this location because of employees like Tyler.
