- YLYoung LeeNov 13, 20255.0We are a logistics and delivery company in Kent and was taking our fleet to multiple shops in Seattle and Auburn and was never really satisfied with the service (these other shops took too long and in the end was very overpriced with sub-par service) and decided to try Fleetstrong since they are close by. They have worked on our diesel trucks for routine oil and filter changes, some electrical issues, brakes and exhaust systems and have done a great job on them all. Honest with their quotes and work. Knows the trucks and was able to turn them around on schedule. Highly recommended.

Convenient location, able to get me in and out on really short notice. But - put a ~2.5x markup on a pair of taillights (only needed RH side) in addition to a 3% EPA fee on the taillight repair, turning what I thought would be a $150 job into a $450 job Replaced the air filter without asking and charged me for qty 2 (only takes one) adding $170 Replaced the fuel filter without asking, adding $117 (this was removed from my bill) Feels like they have no problem throwing BS on the ticket to pad it - beware if you don't look like a truck bro.
