They have a customer service employee around every corner wanting to help you. Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Plus most of their repair items are competitively priced.

I really wanted to give this place a better review, but the service process has been rough. After weeks of calls, emails, and back-and-forths just trying to get warranty work scheduled, I’m still waiting for my refrigerator issue to be resolved. The timeline keeps getting pushed out — now looking at another 3+ weeks, and with the holidays coming up, that probably means next year before it actually gets fixed. To their credit, someone finally stepped up and got me an ice maker to help in the meantime — and I do appreciate that gesture — but it shouldn’t take that much persistence to get basic warranty support. For the price of the unit and the size of the company, I expected smoother communication and quicker follow-through. Two stars because they did try to help eventually, but man, it took a lot of chasing to get there.

We did our homework in advance and knew exactly what we wanted. The Coleman 13r. Its a perfect get away trailer for just us two for our visits to the grandkids. The sales team member was helpful securing the one we wanted from another dealership. Super thanks for that effort. Then came the finance aspect. Sign here sign there routine. Slipped in things discovered post signing that, well a small trailer does not need as much as a motorized unit may. I don't plan on any luxury trips into high end camp grounds or resorts. So there goes a bunch of money that would be better spent on say a spare tire or four at the price. My wife is so loving. She is right that overall the trailer is worth it. Being me it just wrong to give a "coupon sheet" with an item that was out of stock months prior and was not in print until the 2026 version. Of course the coupon expired yesterday. I should be content that the thousand for a membership I will never use is greater than a 35 dollar campground book. Would have been nice to show my grandkids the campground book I paid alot of money for. Perhaps the next generation of workers will be more focused on making all aspects of a purchase focused on the customer. My sales team would hand the buyer a new catalog on the day of purchase with a catch phrase of go find your happy place.

We bought our 2022 keystone passport in Aug of 2025. We were told that the roof was resealed, all tanks flushed and cleaned, repairs made to trailer, propane filled, battery change out with a new one. Here it is October 2025. Battery was not changed out with new , tanks were NOT flushed and cleaned out, repairs NOT made and most importantly ROOF WAS NOT RESEALED. This experience at the Fife WA camping world was/ has been the absolute worst experience ever to where I don’t even want it. Yes, this camper is amazing, has an awesome layout, tows amazing down the road, but the experience of camping world has completely ruined it for us. Our business and others should go to a place that’s more personable and honest like Sumner’s Rv or the Buckley Rv Country.

Do not buy anything from this company. I bought a brand new 2023 RV in 2023. Fresh off the line, zero previous owners. Paid top dollar (168k). Here we are 2025 they say I need to replace my whole roof, I had so many issues off the bat with this thing as well. I suggested that since it's only been through two winters it must be a faulty product and they told me "the sealants are typically only good for 4 to 6 years before they need redone. Being that we are in Washington we have a lot of expansion and contraction, so the sealants wear out like a tire. Sealants are what protect the investment of an RV, the factory typically lays a pretty thin layer of sealant to get just enough coverage." And that after one year it is not longer covered. Driving off the lot, the generator didn't work, the back up camera didn't work, there was a sealant problem with one of the windows that lead to a mold issue that they did end up fixing under warranty but I believe that shouldn't have happened at all and there was a recall on the ball joint. I had an issue with the slide out working in the first few months of having it and have had to replace the "house" battery twice so far. I tried to get things fixed but they keep quoting me higher and higher and saying "not including..." First it was 4k not including a b and c. I said I can't afford that and they said "that big price was everything together" I asked again to clarify "the 4k is everything?" They said they'd check them came back with it'd be "4100 not including taxes" I asked what that would be, they said "5100 not including the oil change you need and the winterization you asked for". At this point I regret ever dealing with this company to begin with.
