This is now my third time visiting this location. They’ve now run out of full synthetic both of my last two visits. Really frustrated.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Covington location, particularly in regard to the unprofessional conduct of the manager, Gurelle, and the handling of an issue caused during my visit. In March, I visited the Covington location for a routine oil change. Following that service, I was unaware that my oil pan had been damaged—something that only came to light during a visit to a separate location in June, when I returned for another oil change. The technicians at this second location informed me they couldn’t perform the oil change in the standard way due to the damage to the oil pan, which had apparently been broken during my visit to the Covington shop. As a temporary solution, they removed the oil from the top and refilled it, and advised me to call ahead when I was due for my next oil change so the necessary part could be ordered and the oil pan replaced. Fast forward to the present: I reached out to the second location (the one that correctly diagnosed the issue) to schedule the oil change and the repair. They ordered the part but advised me to speak with the Covington location, as the damage originated there. Initially, I spoke with a very pleasant staff member, possibly named Shelly, who was polite and professional. However, when the manager, Gurelle, returned my call, I experienced the worst customer service I have ever received. Rather than speak to me as a professional, Gurelle was dismissive, rude, and immediately defensive. Instead of addressing my concern, he refused to accept accountability, claimed that the other location was at fault, and essentially dragged me into internal issues between locations. He spoke down to me, was accusatory, and made no effort to resolve the situation. This was not my first troubling experience at that location. During my original visit in March, I witnessed Gurelle berating his employees in front of customers—a display of toxic and unprofessional management that made me uncomfortable even then. I am extremely disappointed, not only in the damage caused to my vehicle but also in the complete lack of responsibility and respect shown by the Covington location’s manager.

Went waited 30 minutes and I asked for them to top off my antifreeze and got attitude from 2 of the workers. I said forget it I will go buy some from AutoZone. They didn't do anything other than a oil change and it was 125.00

I love how easy it is to get my car serviced. In and out and less than 30 min. Staff is always very friendly, professional and most importantly honest.
