David Spath made buying my new car an actual pleasure from the test drive to the freshly baked cookies while signing papers to arranging delivery to my home… will definitely return for future vehicle needs.
My car’s brakes were pulsating so I took it to Interstate Honda to have them look at it and give me an analysis. I was working with Monica at the front desk, she informed me my rotors were warped and provided a couple of options to fix them, she was very knowledgeable and asked very good questions. Monica was professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with.

Tyson Studer at Interstate Honda in Chehalis was absolutely excellent to work with. I was coming from Raymond, and Tyson made the entire process easy by getting everything approved and locked down before I even made the trip. There were no surprises when I arrived, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Thad London and the finance team were also great to work with. No pressure at all, just honest and helpful service. I got exactly the vehicle I wanted, a 2020 Chevy Equinox. I highly recommend Tyson and the team at Interstate Honda.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Interstate Honda, Dave Spath, Thad London, Paul Barker, Tara, and everyone else who gave this girl a miracle this year. I drove into Interstate Honda on December 17 in my 25-year-old Accord which was in serious trouble and about to present me with a lump of coal in my Christmas stocking and instead drove out in my "brand new" 2018 CR-V. I was and am literally in tears of gratitude at the kindness, professionalism and knowledge of everyone I came in contact with.
Hondas have always had a much-deserved reputation for performance and reliability, which makes people like me come back to them. But honestly, the whole experience at this dealership almost tops that. (Can't we bottle you up and distribute you to other businesses?)

Not sure how this place has such a high rating. The customer service I've received when going here has been abysmal. From the first return visit on 11/21/205 to today I've gotten strange up selling and cold reception from the staff. Even lying to me. I went on the 11/21 for an A1 service. I was not told about needing an alignment upon entry. I was also told about all the things I need done on the vehicle. I declined all those items as they had been done at a Honda dealership overseas. The A1 service took almost 2 hours to complete which seems crazy to me but ok. On 12/10/2025 I get a call about a recal on the vehicle. The recall was already done overseas but they wanted to check if it was correct. I do not remember telling them I wanted the part replaced just looked at and then decide. When I arrived to have it looked at I was told I need an alignment based on driving inside the BLDG. How could my vehicle be so far out of alignment 3 weeks after the service where no alignment was suggested? Nothing major happened to the vehicle in that time. Then they proceeded to just replace the recall part without discussinng it with me. This took almost 3 hours. Also, at this visit I asked if I was offered an alignment on my last visit and I was told yes. My paperwork shows no offer or recommendations for an alignment on 11/21. So they are just lying to people. Now the car makes noises on a cold start that it's never made before. I call to bring it in. When I arrive for this visit the alignment scan shows a completely different alignment need and I wasn't offered an alignment service this time. I would not recommend going here. I do not believe they are being honest. I believe they are trying to up sell when they can't make money off you for a recall. I also think they messed up my vehicle doing the recall.
