- DEDivad EtteyogedOct 2, 20251.0I walked in wanting to see the toy haulers that were on the lot. Immediately the rep behind the counter began data mining me "checking me in" she said. She offered me water and when I said I could use some, she pointed in the general direction where one could get water. It wasn't an offer of water, not really. Then another rep came from the back. She wanted me to follow her into cubicle Hell so she could data mine me further. I stopped her and said that I just want to look at the toy haulers on the lot before I sit down and fill out any credit app with her. It was obvious that this request was counter to her training because she froze for a moment before stating that she didn't think that they have any toy haulers in stock. That statement is in direct contradiction to the reality that exists just outside her window. Here is something that all businesses need to be reminded of it seems. You aren't doing me any favors simply by existing. I am doing you the favor by walking through the door of your business. A door that I have zero problem with immediately turning around and walking back out of! When your rep offers a customer water, she needs to then stand up and walk herself to the water and then bring it to the customer. Don't employ reps who are unwilling to familiarize themselves with the stock on the lot and what is and what is not in stock in a daily basis and don't be in such a hurry to data mine people who come into your business. You can deny all day what you are up to, but I'm not oblivious to the world and I know what you are doing. One star.

- EPEric PolsonSep 18, 20252.0Because I think you have to be even more horrible then what they’ve done to me to get one star, like you have to be the ultimate worse to get one star, and they’re there on the edge, but if you’re considering these people for ANYTHING consider somewhere else. I brought them a very slightly used travel trailer in great shape and asked for their 45 point inspection and they quoted me $14,000.00 in repairs. There’s nothing wrong with this travel trailer other than the battery cables were cut when someone stole our battery. Then, they claimed they couldn’t do a training class on it because it’s just so horrible. For the love of Jesus, avoid this place.

It wasn't when I picked it up. They didn't have all my paperwork together Lost my keys. Not selling it is one thing. Unprofessional business practices js another.
