I really appreciate that there always appears to be a good mix of male and female employees and everyone is polite, professional, good communicators and extremely efficient at what they do. I get nervous taking my car in, there are so many places that try to pressure you into add ons and as a woman I feel there are a lot of places that try to take advantage assuming I don’t know anything about cars (which to be fair, I don’t, but please don’t take advantage of me🙈). I have never felt pressured here. They have been kind and informative and even at times gone above and beyond offering discounts I didn’t know about. It’s what I would hope all businesses would be like.
