  I recently did an oil change for my 2011 Porsche Cayenne S at Baymaster, and I was genuinely impressed by how professional, clean, and well-organized this place is. Here are the highlights from my visit: 1. Very Responsible Owner I went with my wife and mom, and the owner made sure they signed the waiver form before entering the work area. If they didn’t sign, they would have had to wait in the lobby. This shows he takes safety and liability very seriously, which made me feel much more comfortable working there. 2. Great Location The shop is right off the highway—very easy to find and convenient to access. 3. Extremely Clean & Organized Shop The entire workspace is spotless, tidy, and well laid out. All the tools are placed right in front of the lift area, so you don’t waste time looking for anything. 4. Every Tool You Need Is Provided This is one of the most complete DIY car-lift shops I’ve ever seen: Gloves, paper towels, and other consumables Electric tools for unscrewing bolts and draining oil Electric drain pan lift (super convenient) Multiple water faucets Oil cleaners and sprays Everything is ready for you — it feels like a professional workshop. 5. The Owner Goes Above and Beyond My 2011 Cayenne has an unusually narrow, deep oil-drain bolt that’s hard to reach. The owner: Found the tool for me Helped me loosen the bolt even though it was difficult Told me he would bring over a better tool from another location and keep it in this shop So next time I come back, the job will be much easier This level of thoughtfulness and courtesy really stood out to me. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with my experience at Baymaster. The owner is responsible, the shop is clean and complete, and everything is designed to make DIY work smooth and enjoyable. I will definitely come back for future maintenance.

  Absolutely top-notch experience at BayMasters self-service garage! The convenience is unmatched, and the quality of the equipment is superb. The place is exceptionally clean and well-organized, making it a pleasure to work there. Chris, the owner, was incredibly hospitable and helpful, adding a personal touch to the visit. Highly recommend this garage to anyone looking for a great DIY auto repair experience!

  Went here for the first time a couple weeks ago and couldn’t have been more impressed. I brought the parts and they provided all the tools I needed for me to replace my CV axle on my GX470. I had a little trouble removing a drain plug on the diff but received lots of helpful advice from both Gavin and Chris (the owner) who were there to offer a second set of hands if I needed them. Very reasonably priced and very clean shop. I will definitely be headed back there for future projects. It is so much nicer to have a lift instead of using jack stands in my garage.

  Chris is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable! I went in to do a transmission drain and fill, coolant flush, rear differential fluid drain and fill, battery replacement and spark plug replacement and he was very helpful and very hands on! I came in not knowing much on how to use the equipment and he was very kind on showing me how to do most of the replacement - and is an incredibly great teacher. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to fix their own vehicle as well as maintenance!

  A self-service garage done right! I used to be a regular at Stu's Garage (RIP), so when I heard about Bay Masters Self-Service Garage in Bothell, I decided to give it a shot while in town doing some work on my son's car. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this place blew me away. The shop is immaculate, spacious, and fully equipped with professional-grade tools and lifts—everything you need to get the job done right without crawling around on the ground. The owner is friendly, helpful, and super accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. The first-time customer discount was a great bonus. It’s clear they care about making DIY auto work accessible and enjoyable. If you’ve got the skills and want to do your own car maintenance or repairs, Bay Masters is hands-down the best self-service auto repair garage in the area. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. 10/10 – Highly recommend.
