My friends and I had spent hours, the night before, trying to do it with the tools and vehicles we had available. One tow truck driver, from a different company, told me to call Johnson's because they've been around the longest and have more experience. I was feeling kind of hopeless, because that driver made it sound like a big maybe. But, I called Johnson's, and I'm glad I did. A driver named Dylan drove 20-30 minutes to come out to this muddy place in the middle of the night. He assessed the situation, and told me what strategy they would need to take. He put extensive notes in Johnson's system, so that I could call back in the morning and they would be able to help me. When I called back in the morning, dispatch was so pleasant, optimistic, and prompt, I felt reassured. The communicationz behind the scenes, was great. I told her about the notes, and she took it from there. A driver (Dan) called back, and was also kind and sounded confident. He showed up promptly, and came up with a game plan. He buried his truck in the mud, and winched my truck up from the side, while Larry used his 4×4 tow truck to lift the rear end up and out of the moat. They extracted my vehicle from this wild situation it was in, without doing any damage at all. It was amazing. They saved the day. Afterward, Larry pulled Dan out of the mud, and off they went. They were both a pleasure to interact with. Very positive, friendly, confident, and knowledgeable. I'll definitely call them if I ever need another tow or extraction.
