I called trying to swing an appointment for a pressing matter and at first I was told I'd have to wait until next week but the guy then asked what the problem and since it really wasn't too difficult of a fix to him he said I could drop it off in the morning the next day and they'd look into it for me and see if they could get to it. They did manage to make time for it and we're very good with communicating about prices which I appreciate. Also I didn't realize they have a shuttle service to get you back home. Anyway, super happy with how they worked with me, highly recommend.
