As with every shop, sometimes you get stuck in line behind a longer repair, when this happened recently everyone apologized, checked-in to make sure I could continue to wait, and adjusted appropriately for my lost time. I will continue to bring all my cars here.

I had coupon from jiffy lube that I showed them but they refused to take and they harassed me that they will call police or pay the full price. I told them go ahead call the police. I was waiting for police to show up but there was no police and manager showed up and apologized for their employee behaviour with customer. I asked for their district manager number to file formal complaint regarding employee but didn’t received number. If they are not accepting jiffy lube coupons they should tell customers at front. So, if you want respect go to place where you get respect.
