When I brought my car in the new estimate was a little higher than the original. Jose said he would honnor the first estimate and the work was done in about 2 hours. Car runs great and I think I just found my new go to place to have work done on my cars (not just for the oil changes). Thanks, Jose!

When I told one of the other employees that I would never come back, his response was "his attitude?" I have been to other Jiffy Lubes and they have always been very pleasant. They inform you of what is covered for the service you want. They tell you the results of the diagnostics... They want your business; not here. Avoid Factoria Jiffy Lube.
