This store is very prejudice, I was looked and stared at like I didn’t belong and was never greeted. My first ever encounter experiencing this and it’s not good welcoming feeling visiting this State and place for the first time.

I reserved a shower and i had issues with the shower. I asked the associate Jerome for help and he didn’t understand the point. Rather than understanding, he moved forward without any help. 1 star for customer support and 2 for shower because it wasn’t cleaned. Will avoid to stop here next time.

the employees are the WORST gas station clerks I have ever had the DISPLEASURE of dealing with.
Profiling is NOT legal, and I am guessing that blocking or PREVENTING a customer from exiting the establishment while rudely accusing them of stealing something that they NEVER EVEN TOUCHED in front of other customers, isn't too legal either.
"YOU WANT YO PUT THAT CHARGER BACK" is how the woman at the door greeted me as I went to leave, not only did I never even pick up a phone charger, if you role your cameras back I went to show my husband the cigarette holder that I found and then I promptly returned it to the shelf where I got it from.
Whoever the woman working today was needs to come down off her power Trip, I sure hope that you're not accusing every customer who looks at something of stealing because that just makes you look crappy. I will never return to this location and I will tell everybody I know about this interaction. I am absolutely appalled.

$25 to park overnight is ridiculous... Just another main stream truck stop trying to screw over truck drivers one dollar at a time...

This just in . Andrew of Pilot travel center in Arlington . Wa has given back my $27.31 which doesn’t change the extra cost of this situation but it certainly does make me happy. For $24 most people would just keep on trucking or wouldn’t make it back through in 7 days . So if that policy works for you there’s nothing to worry about.
As of now all of the following is irrelevant as I have gotten my initial list refunded because reputation does matter!
I received contact from drew this morning stating he would like to follow through with a refund . I will keep you posted
Do not buy their Bluetooth fm transmitter . Not because it wasn’t reasonably priced or fully functional but because they are fully aware ( at least Jerome was ) stating that tweakers are always in their electronic isle and swapping items in their store .
The person that helped me around 10 30 the 22nd of October did his part telling me they do not do returns on their bT item s asked not at all and he stated that within the first seven days he could exchange but not return
I finally saw the one with a c port and an a port and that was the decision maker because it just so happens my phone charger is type an and the wife’s type c! So I was confident that was a perfect match
I go out to the car and hand the wife the box after tearing it open And turned to pump fuel before getting a chance to start the pump I hear my wife complaining it didn’t have c port . Which the second she handed it to me I knew it wasn’t the bt transmitter . It was in fact a used dual type a charger only! Mind you Jerome was full of coincidences like he said do you have the device which no I left it and the receipt with them so their dayshift could see the evidence and return the cost of the second Bt device I had to buy so I could have one . I have a photo of the receipt where it was annotated with the time and later my phone number so they can contact me for resolution . … the 23rd came and went without call and on the 24th I went in person to settle up and that’s when Jerome stated he knew nothing about it which his body language and later his other careful statements were rather convincing to the contrary. He told me every reason he could imagine why he could not return the funds for their literally fraudulent sales , So now if I consider letting the return of goods that were not as described or represented Their choice to not return my funds or exchange for the second one and their decision for management to not even call me to deny my claim they left me down an additional 27$ . And now 20$ in fuel and what has to be 35 min debating day one , 30 min traveling to get a conversation, 35 min giving Jerome a chance to be righteous . I showed him the photo of the crap his store sold and the receipt with the time on it which I must assume is for checking their surveillance. Lucky them they know better than accuse me ( but I’m sure they checked their surveillance and glad they did ) however two days ago there were 4 of that model on the shelf while today there are zero. I wonder if they are claiming them as loss on their taxes or if they actually sold 3 of them and an imposter. I also sent a message to corporate today the 24th and called the Arlington store directly . THIS COMPANY WAS BOUGHT OUT BY BERKSHIRE HATHOWAY LLC
In the event the Pilot travel center or one or its representatives return the funds for just one of these transmitters I bought I will absolutely update this
In the meantime I allege the actions taken by the crew under a policy directing them to double down and hide , dispose of evidence is nothing less than criminal
