Leta's Top Shop is a family-owned and -operated business from Arlington native Leta Langdon, who has been making boat covers for the past 22 years. We have been established as the northwest's premier producer of boat covers and bimini tops. We are the only business to use the factory original Bayliner, Maxum, and Trophy boat top patterns.

- UMUlrich MühleisApr 4, 20245.0I needed some canvas items (flybridge cover, bimini boot, front window cover) for my 1998 Bayliner Avanti 3488. The old ones were 25 years(!) old and were falling apart. I wanted to have the replacements look like 'factory', so in a Parts Manual by Bayliner I came across Leta's Top Shop being stated as supplier. They should supply the replacement parts. And they did. At first I was quite reluctant to order from such a distant shop (I live in Germany and the boat is kept in The Netherlands). What to do if the canvas would not fit? I contacted them by email and later by phone and felt assured that they know what they are doing. In the unlikely event that something would not fit, I could have returned the item (as long I did not affix the fasteners - which you have to do individually for your boat). I was even supplied with color samples to choose from. The production (from original patterns) took about 2 weeks and another 10 days or so for delivery to Europe and customs clearance. The canvas items I received are exactly fitting and the quality of workmanship and attention to detail (e.g. reinforcements and YKK-zippers) is absolutely great. And it comes with the fasteners and a set of dedicated, good-quality tools and printed instructions, as well. It all looks great on the boat and the communication with Dede and Gina was absolutely nice. Thanks a lot!

- THTim HMay 2, 20175.0Leta's has been my go-to shop for boat covers for twelve plus years. They have made two custom covers for our '68 Whaler complete with slots for mooring lines and fenders. Both covers have easily handled significant wind storms both on our buoy near Langley and at the floats at Wapato Point on Lake Chelan where winds came from either side of the boat, not just into the bow. I had a couple bids for both covers just in case and Letas had the best price on the same material and their service just can't be beat. It's worth the drive from Kenmore where I live and I'd keep going to them even if it was a couple hours away. I've sent many friends their way totaling 5 covers and everyone has been as pleased as me. I no longer look elsewhere for canvas work as Leta's can't be beat for price or service.
