Charger did stop at 80%, but once restarted finished getting to fill charge. Also collated with 4 level two chargers in case the DC fast charger is full. Steps from South Street Cafe, a micro brewery, and a burrito place. Couple minutes walk to Bennington Bookstore, a gaming store, chocolate store, pizza, bagels and more. Perfect place to walk around while you charge.
