From start to finish, they are transparent, honest, and truly focused on getting the job done right. They take the time to explain what’s needed, answer questions clearly, and never make you feel rushed or unsure. I’d prefer taking my Mercedes Benz GLC 300 to them than the MB Service Center. Rudy, Ryan, and Dawn are absolutely amazing. They are consistently kind, patient, and accommodating, no matter how many questions or concerns you may have. Their customer service alone sets them apart, and their work speaks for itself. It’s rare to find an auto service center that combines integrity, quality work, and genuine care for their customers, but Auto Pros does exactly that—every single time. Highly recommend!

Even though I couldn't get a state inspection done until the following Monday, Mike was extremely helpful, nice and courteous. That's what I get for waiting until the last day of the month to be fair 😂. My first time visiting this place and will definitely keep them in mind for all of my vehicle needs.

I was so surprised to find a flat and also that Auto Pros were next-door. They were so friendly and so kind, and had me on my way home within an hour. These guys are really good and they know what they’re doing. Kudos! Also, you need to look up Ryan Smith and tell him Deb sent you!
