    Dear Lindsay Collision Center Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service my husband and I received from your shop. My husband picked up our car after it was serviced, and your staff member named Oscar mentioned that there was something wrong with the car and advised us to take it to the dealer to have it reset. Following this instruction, my husband took the car to the dealer. However, the dealer informed us that some parts had been left out during reassembly at your shop, which caused the engine malfunction. When my husband called Lindsay Collision Center to report this issue, the lady who answered the phone blamed him for not bringing the car back to your shop first—instead of taking it to the dealer. However, we only went to the dealer because your staff specifically told us to do so. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. We chose Lindsay Collision Center based on your strong customer reviews, but this situation has left us feeling very dissatisfied. We expect accountability and proper handling of our vehicle, especially when your team’s oversight caused additional inconvenience and potential damage.

    Have used multiple Lindsay collision locations for various body work. First time at this location. Communication was concise and work was done timely. They handled everything with insurance and got the paint blend done perfectly. Would highly recommend this location as well as Lindsay Collision in general.
