I bought my truck from this dealership in 2016 and have always used their service department only because state inspections were promised to be free for life. Until now, I had never been charged. At my most recent visit, they took $20 from me for something that was clearly advertised as free. I strongly recommend staying far away from this dealership and its service department. They have a well-known reputation around town for dishonest and deceptive practices, including lying to customers and pushing unnecessary repairs just to make money.

My husband and I had bought a new car, some things happened and they offered to pay for gas for us. I received some inappropriate text messages. Absolutely horrible place.

No one even bothered to update us. We waited another 30 minutes and our vehicle hadn't moved. Went back to service desk. They were waiting on parts. Again with no update. Was advised parts 10-15 minutes from arriving. Toyota brakes at a Toyota dealership being delivered from somewhere else. Did get out before 12 though. Appointment @9:30 and we got there early If we had been kept updated would have made the situation so much better.
