  So my fiance and I were about to make our first car purchase together and this is where we went. Badara Sow was our car salesperson and was amazing at his job. Although the wait was quite long to find the a bank to finance with. He assured us that he would do whatever he could to help us. In the meantime, he made were that we were taken care of. In the end, we found a match and walked away with the start to a good life with Casey Toyota

  We were on a cruise for my wife's 50th birthday and we planned on buying her a larger car for her business. She drove my 2017 Highlander and decided we would get her a newer one, but a Limited Hybrid since she drives a lot more than I do. We found this one online and she really wanted it and hoped it would be there when we got off of the cruise in Mexico and would work a deal when we got back. The call center reached out to us while we were out to sea and advised that is was still available, but I didn't want to get too happy about it because I was in the auto sales business and I know how quick used cars go away. We got back to Stafford VA around 2:00 am and I told my wife that we would get up at 6:30am to make the trip down there since I could see that it was still available and wanted to be there as soon as the business opened. Once we arrived we were greeted by Ron Lassiter, who worked feverishly to gain our business and trust to make the deal happen. We went on the test drive and I could tell that the car was meticulously maintained and in good condition, Ron advised that he had sold the car when new to a previous customer. We had some great dialogue and rapport established, I told Ron that I used to sell Toyotas a few decades ago and one thing that I used to do with my customers was do the "Oh What A Feeling" jump and posted the pictures all over my cubicle (one of them was a 77 year old customer that did it with me). I asked Ron if he would do it and he said he would without hesitation. Danny Lopez was also very friendly and professional and helped provide valuable information and alternative financing options (I was previously pre-approved by the time I got to the dealership). Ron ensured I got a fair market value for my wife's 2021 Toyota C-HR Nightshade towards the purchase of this car and the deal was closed very efficiently. Ron even assisted with the reconditioning of the car so that we could get back on the road for our 2 hour journey back north. Casey Toyota provides exceptional guarantees on most cars that they sell which gave us a peace of mind. Once the vehicle was cleaned and license plates were put on, Ron presented the keys to my wife and we did the Toyota jump! I would give this dealership 10 out of 5 stars if I could and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone from any distance that they may travel to get the top tier service that we have received here. Lisa and Megan from the call center also maintained contact with us as we were out in the Mexican Riviera and I would like to recognize them as well. Thank you Ron and the team from Casey Toyota for the pre/during/and post service that you have provided and for making this possible!

  I had an appointment to test drive a 2024 Highlander Limited. A few hours before I arrived the sales manager called to inform me that vehicle was out on loan and unavailable. He did however mention a 2023 Highlander XLE had just been traded in the day before which I could check out. Even though disappointed I decided to go in. I was met by salesman John O. who let me drive the car around. He answered all my questions and promised to fix any issues with the car. We negotiated a fair price (to them), but I did get some roof cross bars thrown into the deal and that satisfied me. The paperwork process with the sales manager went fairly quickly even though there was no real paper involved; all electronic. A couple days later the salesman even came to pick me up from 35 miles away since I didn't have a ride. Overall a pleasant experience compared to most experiences I've had purchasing vehicles from dealers.

  I would like to give a shout out to Angelo Ferraro- I recently got my Toyota Rav4 and with his help he made everything easy and smooth. I never felt rushed or pressured unlike any other dealerships. He was very patient and attentive with all my questions. I appreciate all the informations he provided from the vehicle's features thru financials standpoint. He was very understanding of us- customers valuable time in making decisions. Great customer service! No wonder he's part of the President's Club keep it up! 👍 The only issue I got was I wish I had taken a double look on the dashboard before signing on the mileage. Because it was stated on the document that the current mileage was 68miles but didn't realize when I got home it was already 160! And honestly that was a disappointment, transparency is very important to me!
