I got there and was told that they were just opening and that I would have to wait until 10:30 to get an estimate. I think this is poor customer service and very unprofessional. If your business is open at 7:30 to provide a service then you should be ready to provide a service or not open until then.

The Owner did fix the problem but their manager is very rude and un professional . They only fixed it after I had to submitt a claim
