The first was a simple battery, but I was provided some tips for dealing with the battery on my specific model of vehicle. The second time, I was dealing with a blown AC compressor during 95+ degree weather. They called to let me know the warranty people were not being cooperative and only willing to cover just over half of the factory part. It was explained to me very clearly what it would mean if I went with the warranty companies part versus The Car Shop's recommendation. These folks give you like it is and I would 100% recommend them. Honesty in the car world is in short supply but not at The Car Shop.
