    Hall Auto! I have been a loyal customer of your auto group for many years, purchasing vehicles even back when your stores were spread across the 757 area. Until now, I have always thought highly of your company and never had issues with the cars or the service. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been the worst I’ve encountered. Over the past couple of days, I was met with: • A general manager who was dismissive and rude. • A sales agent who was unclear about what was included in the purchase. • A lack of transparency and poor communication overall. This level of professionalism and respect falls far below the standard I expect from your brand. Being spoken to in a degrading manner — as if I were a child — is unacceptable. Customers deserve to be listened to, understood, and treated with courtesy while their needs are being facilitated. Because of this experience, I will no longer consider purchasing from your store or company. I strongly urge you to review how customer interactions are being handled, particularly over the phone, and to ensure that your leadership team reflects the values of professionalism and respect that built your reputation in the first place. I will say one positive thing that Emma which I hope is not an auto reply has been the most professional person I’ve worked with! I wish your company success moving forward, but I hope you take this feedback seriously and make changes to restore the trust of long-time customers like myself.

    I had a 7:00 AM appointment this morning for an oil change and a state inspection so I dropped my car off last night at the early bird drop and was first in line. I also had made this appointment a month ago and was the first appointment on the books. It took eight hours for the service center to complete the simple service request. I called numerous times throughout the day to try to get an update, I finally got through at 1 o’clock and was told I would get Back in a couple of minutes with an update. I did not get a call back until 3 o’clock when I was told the car was finally done. I asked why it took all day for an oil change and state inspection when I had the first appointment of the day and Robert said he has no excuse as to why it took so long. He said he don’t know why it did not get taken care of sooner. Unacceptable!! Not only that I asked him if my vehicle needed anything and he said it passed inspection, However, last time I was in, they recommended a few things that we’re going to total $1000 just for maintenance so I saved up $1000 and had planned on having these things done today but it took them until 3 o’clock to do the inspection, so I decided they are not competent enough to do any actual work. I will take my vehicle to someone else to Do the maintenance on my vehicle. I will never go to the dealership again, which is sad because I bought three vehicles from this very dealership. At the time it was Charles Barker, but Hall took over and messed everything up. I guess I need to find a new Toyota dealership for any future purchases.

    I had an oil change today at 8 in the morning. Woke up talked to a a driver named Josh M. We talked and everything was good, he asked me what needed to be done and asked if I wanted anything else to be looked at which I replied yes could you also top of my fluids. Which he said he could gladly do for me. I gave him a paperwork stating my oil change is for free. I had my car serviced multiple times with this location before aswell so I felt confident with there work until today. I had my car dropped off to me around 2 in the afternoon by a driver named jasper W. As soon as jasper arrived he didn’t park the car properly. He parked crooked on my driveway aswell as my steering wheel not being straightened before turning off the car and leaving. That did frustrate me but I was able to let it go until I tried to look for my insurance policy that I had handed to Josh this morning. I tried to call multiple times to the service number but they didn’t answer until I called them the 4th time when a service member named Shannon had answered rudely saying “ I’m with a customer and to hold”. No greetings or anything just straight to “I have a customer” acting like I’m not a customer aswell but again I let it go cause I’m not trying to be a Karen or one of the annoying customers. 6 mins go by while I’m on hold she then answered hello what can I help you and I said hey I just had my car dropped off and I’m missing a paper work for my insurance policy. Which she stated I’ll have a driver member call you. Which I said okay thank you. 40 mins go by no call or text from any driver. I was starting to feel impatient cause I have personal things to attend to and I’m not able to handle them due to waiting for a member to call me. And hour and a half go by and still no call or text so I called up there again. Again Shannon answered and said yes sir? Which I asked do you have an eta on your drivers which she responded all my drivers are busy right now and were busy. I’m trying to find someone to help you, then she asked what paperwork was I looking for. I said my insurance policy and she said I can have it emailed to you. which I said I already have a copy of, I just would like the paper copy aswell. Then she replied with attitude saying I don’t have anyone to drop it off to you today. Ill have it dropped off tomorrow . Which I was just so confused so I just said okay then she hung up the phone. No bye or come shop with us again. No good customer service at all. I said okay due to the fact she had an attitude with me asking about my paperwork that they lost and didn’t give back. Again I had my car serviced here multiple times and no times at all they left my paper work, they always handed it to me or let me know that the paper is on the passenger seat. I then tried to double check that it wasn’t there but again I didn’t find it. Usually after i get my oil change and fluids topped off I check. Today I did my usual check and noticed none of my fluids were topped off. I had asked this specifically because I didn't have much of windshield wiper fluid left. ( yes I know I can go buy some but the point is I had it checked out by professionals and this came with my insurance policy so why not take advantage of it) after realizing that they didn’t top off any of my fluids I had gotten frustrated and just said imma make a review on everything that happened. So here it is.

    I just bought a 2014 ford fusion with 76k miles they said it had no accidents. I went home checked the vin and it had 1. The hood is sitting up a little higher which is causing the alarm system to go off. They have had this car on the lot for more than a few days so they knew the alarm system was messed up but still sold me the car. I am very upset because I asked many times for the sheet of what the mechanic checked and if all was right on the car.
