I dropped off my Toyota Avalon on November 26 for what was supposed to be a minor repair, yet I did not get my car back until December 18—an unreasonably long time for such a small job. To make matters worse, during the repair they removed the small rear side window in order to paint the back side panel. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed that the window had been replaced without any tint, unlike the original one. No one informed me of this change beforehand. I called the body shop right away to report the issue. I was told that the tint shop would contact me to schedule an appointment. It has now been almost a week, and nothing has been resolved. I have called the body shop three to four times, and every single time I’m told that the person handling my issue is “away from his desk” and will call me back. No one ever does. Between the excessive delay, the lack of communication, and the poor follow-up, this experience has been very frustrating. The customer service at Hall Toyota Body Shop is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting professionalism or accountability.
