- JNJacob NelsonOct 7, 20251.0To start, I am a mechanic, so I know it may take a while to get cars done. However, I had a very poor experience with Charles Barker last year. I turned in my truck to get the front of it rebuilt, and heard nothing for a week so we called for an update. They asked us questions about parts and what to order yet they told us they would order all the parts in advance. Another week went by and we did not hear anything and we continued to call from that point on and heard inconsistency from their service advisor. Come to find out almost a year later, they rebuilt the front end the wrong way and now it needs to be fixed again. Will not go back here.

He stepped away and I received a notification on my phone that my credit has been pulled. They told me it was an accident and there was nothing they could do. They were super rude and condescending. EDIT: I had a scheduled meeting with the manager (Brandon) the next day to discuss this since he was not there during this. When I showed up at the appointment he was watching a YouTube video and eating chips and salsa claiming he was not aware of a meeting. I sat down and tried to explain the situation and he continued to eat his chips with the YouTube video playing.
