This is not the first time they have not lived up to my expectations. Then the manager calls with the standard apology and things will be better. How can someone that servicing my car that does not have 8,000 miles listed as having over 32,000? Sure miss when Dan was there. The lack of care and respect of loyal customers is missing. *****The manager never called me, but Elijah took the time to address me when I returned, try to address my concerns and apologize for his error. He stated he was the only one working that morning and a simple error. More than the manager Paul was willing to do.
