I brought my call on to get a recall done. I had an appointment for 1100. I was told my wait time would be may an hour or less. It is now 1535 and I'm still waiting. The customer service here is not very good. I have not seen the gentleman who took my key and checked me in. The bright spot is the young lady who occupied the seat next to him. She was very nice checked on my vehicle and got me an update. Unsatisfactory customer service. Still waiting.

I went to the dealership to have a key made. The machine went down, so they couldn't cut the key. I live over an hour away. They sent a mobile locksmith to my home to cut the key. I think they went out of their way to accommodate my situation. Also have received a few follow up calls from the sales rep "Mike" to make sure I'm pleased with the truck. I will say they follow thru to make sure you are taking care of!!

this a string of bad service from Barton ford unfortunately nobody else is open on Saturdays, the most recent I was $200 for a test to find out why my check engine light was on, I made an appointment for the fix only to be told the tech was not trained to operate the machine. I was told I would be contacted by the dealer ship and I have not heard from them its been a week. I had the same problem getting my A/C fixed and on the windshield wiper recall.

I just stopped in to see Rodney since he has been living in Texas for the last 20 years. I randomly started asking questions about his new job and I guess he figured it would be easier to show me about his new job versus telling me ( by selling me a new truck ). Rodney is such a good sales person he got me to buy a truck without even trying to sell me a truck. I love the truck though and overall it was a great experience. The only complaint I had about the whole experience was the length of time it took to get the deal done. Evidently there is only one person that works in the finance department. My suggestion is to hire her some help.
