Terrible communication. Shouldn’t use A.I. if they don’t follow through with it. Started making travel arrangements as I am 12 hours away. I have bought cars from Ford dealers far away and never been shafted like this.

Had an appointment for an oil change. I was in and out in less than a 45 mins. This basic oil change usually takes 2 plus hours at the Ford where I purchased vehicle. Kudos!

THIS JUST IN : you will never be catered to any better if you just walked into the tajmahall.
This man ( Rocco) is on it yall!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
From the time I got inside the facility, he was there for my every need. He's smart, polite, cordially correct in every way.
But when they combine mr. Fogarty's professional approach with the man of the hour, for every hour. : MR. ROBERT BELL,...
MY WHAT A WELL LUBRICATED OPERATION.
I just love this place.
My husband John and I while in the middle of a 13-day road trip, heading to Portsmouth, VA, to visit family, experienced a major headlight issue, late that night in the pouring rain, in North Carolina 10/29/2025. The morning of 10/30, we called our local dealer, in Arkansas, and they and our kids recommended Barton Ford, in Suffolk, VA. The service lady Katy, at Barton, answered the phone, heard our story. She responded with, come straight here, pull through the overhead doors and look for me in a pink polo shirt. We will check the issue, then help anyway we can. Over the next few days, Katy and the Barton Ford service team could not have been kinder or more efficient in their service to us. We had the head light repaired by Monday Nov 3rd and the rest of our vacation was great without further light issues. A wonderful shout out, of THANK YOU, to Kathy, FIVE STAR for her, the mechanical service crew, 5-STAR, and Rocko, many stars and great popcorn, for the gentleman he is!!! THANK YOU to Barton FORD.

Below is my initial review which I gave 3 stars, I now give them 1 star. It's been nearly a week and have yet to receive my second key for my Ranger. Understanding the employee who was to deliver the key to Barton from Beach Ford has an unfortunate death in the family and that is truly sad, but there has been no attempt, until today hopefully, to retrieve the key from said employee. The key is in the possession at an employees private residence. No follow up, no calls to provide an update of said key...almost every other day since purchase I have stopped by to see if it was there only to get an excuse as to why it is not. I do not hold it against the employee who had the unfortunate event, I hold it against Beach/Barton Ford as they have, to date, made no attempt to personally meet with the employee to get the key. Maybe today, but they couldn't even promise that.
They moved heaven and earth to sell me a car, but since then, no customer service. Like I said, they are just like any other dealership, nothing special about them. Based on my experience I highly do not recommend Barton or Beach Ford.

"Mehh" I was impressed at the beginning but they let me down in the long run...
50/50 dealership, you might get a deal, you might not, they are just like the other dealers...
30 Oct bought a 2025 Ford Ranger, got a pretty good above average trade in value. Was impressed, so I went back a few days later to possibly purchase an Explorer and trade in my spouse's vehicle and got a very low ball offer. I seriously thought Barton Ford was above the competition, but turns out they are just like the others.
