    In my experience, the level of coordination and communication between the Sales and Finance departments at Sheehy Subaru of Springfield was extremely disappointing. From what I observed, there seemed to be no clear process, no consistent guidance, and no shared understanding between the two teams on how to handle a customer’s transaction once the sale is made. Throughout my interaction, the salesman repeatedly mentioned that anything related to the bank check or funding was the responsibility of the Finance team. However, the Finance team redirected all my questions back to the salesman, stating that he should be my point of contact for the full transaction. This left me in a situation where both departments were pointing to each other, and neither appeared willing to take ownership of basic follow up. In my personal experience, I had to chase down updates myself, including confirmation of whether the dealership had even received the check from the bank. I did not receive proactive communication from either department, and this created unnecessary frustration. Once the sale was completed, it felt to me as if the salesman disengaged and no longer considered follow up to be part of his role. From what I could see, Sales and Finance did not communicate well internally, and that resulted in a confusing and unorganized customer experience. For a dealership of this size, I expected a more structured and coordinated process. I also attempted to find a formal way to share feedback with the dealership, an email, a customer relations contact, or a grievance channel, but I was not provided with any clear method to do so. Because of that, I am sharing my experience here so other customers are aware of what they may encounter. Maybe this review won’t change anything since many times the chat bots will send a thank you note but it deserves to be said: This dealership runs on confusion, lack of accountability, and zero customer care once the sale is done. This review reflects my personal experience and impressions, and I hope the dealership uses this as an opportunity to improve communication and accountability between its teams.

    Absolutely outstanding experience at Sheehy Subaru of Springfield. From the moment I walked in for service, I was genuinely blown away. The facility is squeaky clean, the operation is efficient, and the level of service is truly unmatched. Everything felt thoughtful, organized, and respectful of my time. This experience stood in sharp contrast to a recent three-week ordeal I endured with a so-called “premium” dealership for another vehicle—poor communication, disorganization, and unnecessary frustration. Sheehy Subaru showed me what excellent service actually looks like. Huge kudos to Gaby and the entire team for going above and beyond. Professional, kind, and phenomenal across the board. This is how it should be done. 👏

    I was away from home and had an unexpected flat that was not repairable. Sheehy waved me right in, took my car, and connected me with a staff member in under a minute. I got videos of my car being serviced and options for the repair in less then 30 minutes. My car was ready for me not long after. Extremely pleased with my experience. Trevor was awesome! (This was all within several hours of them being closed for the New Year holiday as well!)

    Definitely recommend Sheehy Subaru for both their Service and Sales personnel but especially their Service team. We have the VIP package not only for our Subarus purchased at Sheehy since 2014 but also another brand because of the professionalism and customer focus of this team. I recently came in toward end of day and Richard took on the challenge to get both an inspection and oil change completed before our daughter had to leave the area with the car. He worked across departments to get it done. Thank you Richard!!

    I recently purchased a used Subaru Crosstrek from Sheehy Subaru of Springfield, VA. I received excellent service from Kevin (used car manager), Sajjad (sales associate), and Mohammad (finance). The whole process from test driving and reviewing the car's features, negotiating trade value for my trade in car, to the finance/signing process went very smoothly. All questions were answered to the fullest and with wonderful customer service. My sales associate Sajjad noticed a small nick in the windshield which I didn't even notice at first. An appointment was made to have the windshield replaced and that was done a few days later everything taken care of with no problems. A co-worked referred me to Sheehy Subaru of Springfield, VA, specifically to reach out to Kevin (used car manager) and I can see exactly why. I’ll definitely be referring friends in the car market.
