  My car went in under Trevor’s team and had necessary work done. Trevor communicated through the entire process, even sending a video of what they were seeing! I appreciate the reliable and trustworthy service I get at Sheehy Subaru. I even got a bathed car back!

  Shout out to Bazaid "Bee" Mirza at Sheehy Subaru of Springfield. Our Subaru Forester that was over 20 years old and it was time to get a 'newer' one. Bee helped us find a Forester that had just been turned in - it had under 30,000 miles. Incredible! Bee guided us through the purchase and loan process. Super friendly, super knowledgable. I recommend Bee!

  We all know buying a car can be stressful. Going in we had an idea of what we wanted. Sajjad Bhatti greeted us when we walked in and was helpful and patient from the start. He gave us the space we needed talk it through and was there when we had questions. Out of all the cars I have purchased in the past he and the rest of the team at Subaru in Springfield were the best to work with and have during each stage of the process. Thank you all for your great customer service and trying to make the car buying process a good experience for all.

  A little disappointed. First, I’m highly impressed with the new dealerships building and layout for customers. Also, the service department is always very courteous. The disappointment was with two items. 1. I own 2ea Subarus I bought new. I recently went to this dealership to purchase another. I was very surprised they wanted to give me 2,400 less on my trade-in compared to my CarMax Appraisal, also they wouldn’t come any where close to a reasonable price if I left my trade-in out of the deal. 2. Recent Service. This place is wonderful for oil changes and general maintenance items. Staff is wonderful. But.. if you need anything done that is a little out of the general maintenance of items, it’s not worth going here. It’s a little too obvious how much items are being marked up for profit, to where the inconvenience of going somewhere else is well worth it.

  I had a great experience purchasing my Subaru from this dealership. The salesperson Mr. Adeel, was very helpful, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions. The manager Mr. Chris, was also professional and friendly. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured, which has not always been my experience at other dealerships. The whole process was smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend them.
