  Horrible company. Great sales experience, but they've been nearly impossible to work with to complete my out of state tags. Every time my temp tags are expiring, it's a Herculean effort on my end to get anyone to care and three months after buying the car I've still never had an update from their tag and title team on the state of my paperwork. Atrocious.

  Sheehy Subaru Springfield refused to fix my car under the warranty. Do not buy SUBARU: poor Quality and Bad Service. My Subaru Outback Limited 2.4L XT was purchased brand new at this dealer. It now has only 39,000 miles and is under 5 years since the purchase date. It has an oil leak at the Oil Level Sensor. Based on the manufacturer's warranty, "Subaru's standard powertrain warranty covers the engine, transmission, and transaxle for 5 years or 60,000 miles." Clearly, my vehicle repair should have been covered under the manufacturer's warranty; however, they did not honor it. I am looking to trade it in for a more reliable vehicle, a TOYOTA.

  I went in on Saturday, 11/8 to get my car serviced as I was hearing a metallic clanking noise on my 2017 Outback. Upon arriving, Trevor greeted me with warmly and listened to my concerns. I mentioned that the battery was giving me issues as well. He immediately dispatched their service team to retrieve my car. While I waited, Trevor showed my around and the new space is amazing!!! I had no intention of buying a new car until the 1st of the year, but as I looked around, I was greeted by Stephen Sanchez, the sales rep. I told him what I was looking for and we looked at certified used cars and he showed me the new ones as well. Nothing felt transactional. Stephen was interested in my needs and presented options with a warm smile and immediately established trust. Sam in finance also was very personable and made the financing process amazing. From start to finish, I cannot say enough great things about the team at Sheehy.

  Called to make an appointment for service and got the worst attitude from the recessionist because she said it was closed and I said im sorry, online said you were open till 7pm then she proceeded to say with a childish attitude I said Monday so I reply I am so sorry my misunderstanding is giving you an attitude about it and she hung up so I called back asking for mom and the receptionist on duty at 5:30 on 11/15/ 2025 put me on hold for 3 minutes then hung up I called ba k again this time asking for his direct number but was told was with a customer and took my number bet she didnt even write it down. I would be shocked if I gwt a call 🤣 bought 3 subarus from them 2 just this year guess where I am not going to but my 4th 5th or 6th Subaru yup this location... Boo on you all because I misunderstood smh

  Johnny, our salesman for Mark’s new 2025 Crosstrek, was fantastic—honest, attentive, and genuinely cared about what mattered most to us in a car. He went to bat for us during the trade-in negotiation until we got a price we felt good about. He also took the time to walk us through all the features of the Crosstrek and gave us his full attention. Even though it was late and the showroom had already closed, we never felt rushed. Sam, the finance guy, made the signing process smooth and quick. He was just as personable and trustworthy as Johnny, which made the whole experience even better. Our friend Anika R. referred us to Sheehy Subaru of Springfield, VA—and now I can see exactly why. I’ll definitely be referring friends there too!
