  I recently visited this shop to get a tire replaced and ended up with a very disappointing experience. It took them 40 minutes to replace one tire, and they mistakenly swapped my rim with another customer's. Despite my attempts to clarify, they denied it and only refunded the tire cost. The rim they returned is not mine and is bent, and they refuse to cover the replacement. I strongly advise caution when dealing with them.

  DON'T GO HERE!!! I would give zero stars if I could because I actually used to go here and get excellent service. I recommended people to come here. Not sure if the owner or management changed, but I have been in here twice in the past year and feel like I was hustled. I always buy good used tires instead of new ones because it seems like you constantly pick up nails in Roanoke. I usually get a plug but have also bought used tires here as well. First time (earlier this year), I went for a plug in two different tires. Was quoted a price for $20 each by the first guy. Second guy plugs one tire, then takes the other off and tells me it has two holes so it will be $40 to plug the same tire with two holes. I said okay but in retrospect, I should have just purchased a tire. Only $10 more so I should have given it more careful thought, but that was my poor judgement. Upon completion, the second guy (same guy who plugged the tires) tells me I owe him $70). There was nothing extra he did like valve stems or move the tires around. I told him no because the first guy said $20 a tire so he agreed and said, "Okay this time" and took the $60. Days later, the one tire that didn't need two plugs was deflated so had to take it back. It was almost to the 10 day deadline they have. The manager told my friend that helped me take the tire off that we didn't even purchase the tire there when we had the receipt smh. Then after I tell him that I'm a repeat customer and have been taken care of there before, he looks at the receipt and tries to say it's past the deadline. Because of business days, I had one extra day so I argued about it because it was not right. Finally, he agreed and had one of his workers fix the tire. Which ended up being a valve stem. So I thanked him for fixing the issue and taking care of it, although he completely hesitated at first. Left with no hard feelings and planned to return. Fast forward to about two months ago. I sent my dad there to try to get a couple plugs or to get some good used tires for me. The goal was a set if I had to get some, but I understand you can't always find them like that. So the price went up to $25 to plug a tire, which is completely astronomical imo. Decided to just buy tires and my dad asked them to put on two good matching ones. Well they didn't do that. They were mismatching, but the tires weren't bad on tread so that really wasn't an issue. Soon afterwards, my dad realized that the front tires had the belts coming through so we decided to buy two more. He went back and was shown a pair of Cooper tires and an off brand set that didn't look too good tread wise. My dad told the guy he wanted the Cooper ones, but instead the guy put the other ones on. By the time my dad realized, it was too late. So I'm very unhappy about this and the tread on these tires. Plus two bad experiences back to back. I go up there myself and speak to the manager on duty. After some back and forth, he tells me there's nothing he can do for me until the truck comes in the following week. So I said okay then I'll come back. I ask the man to write his name down and he does so on the receipt. On the morning I'm supposed to go back, it was very rainy and cold, plus my son got sick the evening before. Being a single mom, I couldn't leave to go attempt to see about some different tires. I called and asked to speak specifically to this man. The guy who answered the phone told me that I must have the wrong number because no one works there by that name. I was like wowwwww, but okay that's fine! I was calling in hopes that the man I saw would maybe grab two in my size and let me come in the following day since my child was sick. Well, so much for wishful thinking and good honest service! I decided to cut my losses with them and not go back! So when I need another pair/set of tires or another service, I will make sure to give somewhere else my business. I won't ever go back here!
