We worked with a salesman named Jack so showed us our options and listened to what we had to say. We are new to camping so he made sure that we had everything we needed to get started. I had never pulled a trailer before and our travel home was 3 hours. Jack even checked in to make sure we made it home safely because he knew I was nervous. I would highly recommend this location.

We lost it somewhere between Fletcher NC and Roanoke VA. I was pleased as I was sure I would have to order one, but they were great and actually found one. We were traveling down 81S today and needed a dump station and since we knew this location and are Good Sam's members we decided to pull in. I would not do it again. We had to break our toad off the coach and back our 40' Class A in a less than ideal space. The very condition of the dump station did not seem fitting of a brand like CW. My point - great camping world as usual - unless you need a dump station. At certainly would recommend with that caveat!

- SHSheree HerringNov 15, 20251.0This Roanoke location is very unprofessional. I went to purchase a camper on Monday. I wanted to possible finance or do a cash deal. They got my information and the salesman name Guy never returned my call after he stated he would. I made several calls and finally reached someone in the Finance Dept on Friday, for that gentleman to tell me that they don’t do cash deals on campers. I am now at another Camping World in Colfax, NC today which is Saturday and is dealing with “Taco Joe” and he is absolutely AMAZING and I got a great deal on a camper. I did a cash deal and will be leaving with it today. I am so excited. I would recommend anyone to come to the Colfax location instead of Roanoke.
