Here's what was different: He squeezed me in that day, called me throughout the process for a heads up as soon as the repairs were confirmed, fixed and solved the problem and then performed an alignment. Nathaniel also saved me money from not needing the other repair my original tire company could not fix. My car drives impeccably now, leaving me with a sense of reliability and safety. Dropped off the car at 8am and it was not on a lift until 1pm. Didn’t necessarily bother me as I was still at work for the day. Got a call from the gentleman at the front desk stating that the puncture was too close to the wall of the tire, and with my car being a Subaru with an all wheel drive system the stated that I needed to replace all 4 tires. Price for all 4 tires would come out to $1,000 at minimum or $1,200 at max. Asked them to take it off the lift, said that the tech who was working on my car left it on the lift and wouldn’t return until after lunch. Got it off the lift and found a shop within 10 miles who got it patched in 20 mins for $35. Either I’m screwed and my tire will be flat in a few days/weeks, or Leete’s business model is a money hungry one.
