Leetees Tire truly deserves all the stars. I pulled up with a flat tire right before closing, and instead of turning me away, John and his team immediately helped me out. They inspected everything carefully and found that my wheel was cracked. John helped me source a new wheel, tire and replaced it all as soon as it came. Truly the nicest and most genuine crew who actually care about their customers like It’s their family. Best tire shop in Richmond, hands down!

Very kind and helpful staff! I was working on a moped and didn't have an impact wrench at the moment and neither did the local college's garage, I called ahead and they said to stop by and they'd be able to help me. They were very kind and respectful and helped me with my issue as well. Thanks again!

This place is the best I have found for fixing my tire that was losing air. I made an appointment for 9am and I was l done before 10. It only cost 40 dollars and they even adjusted my headlight. The employee, John is on top of everything and a hard worker. I would definitely recommend this place over any tire shops I have been to.

Service advisor Corbin is awesome. The service on the other hand.. meh. I bought 4 tires and got their “best install package” which includes an alignment and oil change. Firstly, granted my 03 Maxima wasn’t perfect body wise but it came out of the shop with black marks and dings in the paint that did not exist beforehand. Looks like the drivers door was hitting the lift uprights or something, also there were black marks on the rear fenders as if they couldnt be bothered to use an extension on the torque wrench sonthey just rubbed it along the fenders while torquing the wheel lugs. Secondly, I have never had an alignment that didn’t include the before and after adjustment degree settings to show how bad it was out before and where it is at after. Maybe they use the string method or something but the car did deive straight and the alignment seemed good.. just thought it odd that I didn’t get a print out showing the actual angles. Thirdly and this is the big one. I specifically asked if the technician had any recommendations for future service. The answer was that I should get a suspension diagnosis. Fair enough as the car had over 100k miles. What was NOT acceptable is 3 days later while getting gas I checked the oil again (checked it day of service to make sure it was filled) and there was hardly anything registering on the dipstick. Thought perhaps they did not tighten the drain plug or the filter.. shhh happens. I crawl under the car and there is oil everywhere! Rear main seal blown out, oil cooler gasket also blown out. Upper half moon gasket also blown out. Are you telling me that the tech changed the oil and just didn’t notice ANY of this? Or do you really think I blew out all 3 of these gaskets in 3 days time? I should have been informed. The odd part is why would a shop not give me an honest upsell. The rear main seal alone is a thousand dollar job that I might have had them do. Why did they let it roll out of the shop leaking out if every possible seal? I was looking for a local shop to take care of my needs but I cannot trust them after this experience… it cost them my business for the next 20 years because I am religious about maintaining my vehicles and only buy higher mileage cars and there is only so much I can do in my driveway.

Frequently Asked Questions About Leete Tire Discounters

How do I know if I need an alignment?

The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.

How do I get a free alignment?

At Tire Discounters, when you purchase any 4 tires with installation, you get a FREE alignment. A 4 wheel alignment is valued at $129.99, and comes with a 12 month warranty.
