- RERonald EickOct 9, 20251.0Took my 2012 Volkswagen cc into the shop for coolant leak jack told me it was my water pump would cost me around $1150 to replace I said go ahead get it done. Had my car back for around 4 months now and leaking coolant again this time I took it to the Volkswagen dealership they said buddy you need a water pump the shop you took it to only change the seal not the pump and we know this because the water pump part number is the same as the number on the motor block meaning this is the original pump that came on the car I called jack he tells me the car he had work on it must of lied to him about doing the work !!!!! And he won’t give me my money back even with a Volkswagen dealership telling him this information
