- LLLisaFeb 13, 20251.0The absolute WORST parking company ever. They charged me $100 for a $65 lot, showed 2 subscriptions for me online and then told me they showed only one, then I submitted a ticket for the overcharge, called back 8 days after not hearing from anyone. Guy said someone on their end canceled my subscription (I assume instead of adjusting it to the right amount because they didn't know how) and that a refund had been processed. When I asked for a copy, he then said he had to "reprocess it", meaning someone canceled me on the 9th and they weren't going to refund me. Meanwhile, online it still says my subscription is active and that $100 is going to be pulled from my account at the beginning of next month. Day to day parking was just fine but don't ever get a subscription.
