As most dealerships, they try to upsell you on a warranty in the final stages of the process however , when informed this was a bumper to bumper warranty, every potential claim has been denied and when you call the dealership to have someone be held accountable for the lack of integrity in selling you a product while fraudulently making false claims, you are only told, I’m sorry you had that experience, I’m sorry that he presented the warranty for more than it is… We are sorry that we trusted this dealership to take care of us, sorry for the thousands of dollars we have spent to hold a piece of paper that covers nothing, only to massively inflate our car payment!! I will also be sending an email to the owner of this dealership…. To make him aware of the practices that are occurring in this dealership.
