  I have not purchased a new car since 2010 and was not looking forward to the hours I expected to be at the dealership. Ashley met us as soon as we walked in, welcomed us, and asked what we were interested in. We mentioned the model we wanted to look at and she took us straight to the vehicle's available on the lot. She then asked if we wanted to take a test drive and went to get keys. She rode with us and was very knowledgeable about the car's features and how to operate everything. Back at the dealership, we experienced no pressure from her or Donnie, the sales manager. We did not make a purchase decision that day but left with a high opinion of this dealership. We returned 2 days later to purchase the car and had another no- pressure experience with Catherine regarding the available warranty packages. I would recommend Casey Subaru to family and friends for a stress-free experience.

  Ashley was outstanding to work with. She was courteous, attentive to our needs, and genuinely personable throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen, answered all of our questions clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. We never felt rushed or pressured, and her friendly attitude made the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend working with Ashley if you’re looking for a new car!
