Kaitlin was amazing! My best friend came in looking for a car that she thought impossible to get and she spent all day with us working out a plan, making sure she knew what to look out for and all of the benefits that come with buying from Casey Kia! Kaitlin, Max and Kayla thoroughly enjoyed your company and will be coming back to make a purchase from you again!

⭐ 1 Star Review: Extremely Disappointed with Casey Kia’s Used Car Service – Newport News I would never recommend Casey Kia’s used car department in Newport News. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I purchased a used vehicle from them less than a year ago, trusting that I was buying from a reputable dealership. Instead, the car has already had serious mechanical issues — and when I reached out for help, their staff offered no real support or accountability. I’ve been given the runaround between departments, empty promises of “someone will call you back,” and little to no effort to actually resolve the problem. The lack of honesty and customer service is shocking. What’s worse, their warranty coverage doesn’t seem to mean anything once you drive off the lot. Buying a car should feel like peace of mind, not constant stress. I expected better from a dealership that claims to stand behind their vehicles. If you value transparency, communication, and reliable service, I strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere.

We are a military family and one of the small stressors of moving is finding a good dealership for service every time we move. I don't believe in publicly bashing people just for fun, but I do believe in honest feedback. I took my Telluride to Casey Kia for an oil change and tire rotation and they talked me into a transfer case flush for my AWD. No worries, it needed done. I had a suspected slow leak in my rear drivers side tire. That wasn't part of the repair, but I paid about $500 for all the aforementioned work. The work was complete and the next day on my way to work, the tire light came on and much to my surprise it was my drivers side rear. When I checked it with my tire gauge it was blatantly clear the tire had not been touched. This was the same tire that was there when I took it in. So now I'm left to wonder, did they complete any of the service? Did I just pay $500 for them to sit my vehicle in a stall and slap on a sticker? There's no real way for me to verify the oil and filter or the transfer case service, but I am 99% my tires were not rotated. I suppose there is a scenario in which they rotated my tires and the tire that had the slow leak miraculously fixed itself, and then the tire that was moved to the drivers side rear sprung a slow leak, and they completed all that work without disturbing the brake dust on the rim or lug nuts, but I think we can all agree that scenario is a bit unlikely. Again, I did not ask them to fix the tire, that part is irrelevant it only shows that if my tire light had not come back on, I would have never checked and I would have gone on believing all my service was complete. This is very disheartening as Kia dealerships usually go above and beyond, but this was very unprofessional. I was pretty set on a new Telluride as my next vehicle because I love it and I love Kia, but it obviously will not be Casey Kia. The only reason I posted this is because we called the dealership to discuss this and bring up my concerns and we were told we had to leave a message for the service manager. We never received a call back. I'm not telling you to, or not to, use Casey Kia, I'm simply stating the facts of my visit and allowing you to make your own decisions.
