    I initially spoke with the sales manager over the phone and told him what ai was looking for. He kept the conversation simple, without pushing anything else. He even quoted me an out-the door-price, and sent it via text. I went to the dealership to buy the car and they found another incentive to lower the price. The young salesman was very polite, and took his time with me through the process. Before leaving, the salesman and I sat in the car and went over all the computerization set up. There was no haggling, and everyone was low key and polite. Oh yeah, we all like the car!

    My salesman Christian was AMAZING, I had no intentions on purchasing a car at ALL. I just walked out looking while my car was being fixed and Christian came to introduce himself… The rest was history and my 16 year old learned a lot sitting through the process that was not expected. . Never in my life did I think I would own a brand new car but CHRISTIAN made it happen… The manager of the office made me nervous but he was so polite and knowledgeable as well!! I loved the process and never thought I would

    I got the most beautiful radiant red metallic Honda passport elite 2026 SUV at Casey Honda . Dana Robinson was my saleswoman and she is wonderful to work with. This is the second SUV I have purchased from them. Rick was able to bring the car in from another state within a week . I couldn’t be happier. Plus I have the peace of mind knowing if I have any issues I have the Casey guarantee. I have nothing but praise for this dealership.

    Our sales person was very friendly, personable and helpful. Others at the dealership were friendly also. The only thing we were unhappy about is we asked that the outside & inside of the car be cleaned. It was a brand new car, but a manager had been driving and it showed. There were footprints on the back of the front seats etc. They did not clean the inside; I had to do it the next day.

    Let me start by saying I can’t speak for all Casey employees, but my experience has been bad. It began in June 2025 when I was interested in a Lincoln Town Car they had for sale. I submitted my information, they reached out, and though I can’t remember the guy’s name, I offered a cash price for the car. He wouldn’t even consider it—just gave me a number and that was that. A few weeks later, the car was reduced to exactly the cash price I’d planned to offer. Since then, they’ve been calling to earn my business. Once again, they had a 2018 or 2019 Denali I wanted, but I never got a call back and it sold. Twice now they’ve let me down. During all this, a lady named Kelsey has been amazing at keeping in contact—above and beyond. Honestly, she should be a salesperson because she knows how to talk to people and get things done. After speaking with her, she transferred me to her supervisor (can’t recall the name, but I think she was at Toyota) who was excellent and wanted to make things right. I told her I was interested in a hybrid, so she connected me with Honda. The guy I spoke to there—excuse my language—was a complete jerk, disrespectful, and acted like he didn’t want to hear what I had to say. It almost felt like he was trying to force me into their financing, saying I couldn’t get any deals unless I did. I wouldn’t mind doing business with Casey, but for the record, I don’t have to. They’ve been blowing up my phone since June trying to get my business—not the other way around—and every time I’m willing, they drop the ball..
