Honestly, it's a blessing to have the opportunity to get another vehicle. We just added a new member to the family and needed more space. This time around we looked more long term and went with a vehicle that could hold a large family, God willing.
I got sales representative Mikey and out of my three experiences buying vehicle this was the most pleasant. We did all our research up front came in with the numbers we wanted to see and a check ready to go. Mikey and his managers got me positive equity on the vehicle we traded in which was rolled into the new vehicle. We weren't able to come down as much as I wanted on the listed manufacturer price because of the demand of the vehicle but the wife and I were okay were we settled, all things considered.
Things I noticed and felt being at Casey Chevrolet. There is a healthy amount of business there, in my mind you must be doing something right. We got greeted by Mr. Malcolm and his welcoming energy with a smile to match. Malcolm paired us with Mikey who was just outstanding from start to finish. Knows how to keep the conversation flowing while powering through paper. Adam who gives you Godfather vibes, absorbs you into the family and takes care of you as far the positive equity from earlier and getting you a great rate with dealership. I forgot the name contract writer but even that was outstanding.
Ultimately I got to run into a fraction of the team but left happy with the new vehicle. I would definitely get a vehicle from here again even if it means crossing the HRBT during high traffic hours.

I arrived at this location around 12:30 pm. David George was the associate that assisted me. My car was making what felt like a dragging sound. I was in Hampton VA. I explained that I lived in Portsmouth VA. Thia was on a Wednesday and I explained that I was driving out of town on Saturday. David test drove the car himself and had his manager to test the car aswell. David came back in no time with the problem, the car was serviced, and I was leaving out around 3pm. Great customer service. Big shots out to Casey Chevrolet.

I am not someone who typically leaves reviews, but I believe this experience warrants sharing.
My daughter recently purchased a 2025 Chevy Trax with under 5,000 miles as she is graduating from college and commissioning into the Air Force. She wanted a reliable starter vehicle. Although the vehicle was not purchased at Casey Chevrolet, she returned home from Mississippi for Christmas when the check engine light came on, so we brought the car in for service.
Initially, Cleveland assisted my daughter and was very kind and reassuring. We were told a part would be ordered and available by Friday. When we returned, we were informed that the part had not arrived and that Cleveland was off that day. David then told us the part had never been ordered and was now on backorder.
I asked to speak with the Service Manager, Mike, who explained that Cleveland had ordered the part from another location but it was given to another customer. Mike was professional and helpful and advised that the part should arrive by the 30th, though it could potentially take longer.
On January 1st, my daughter left multiple messages with David simply to check on the part’s status but received no response. I later called and asked for service, but since no one was answering, I contacted sales. The receptionist repeatedly attempted to “warm transfer” me to service, but each attempt sent me to a fax line. I called back multiple times to explain this issue, but instead of assisting, my calls were forwarded to the fax line again and eventually my number was blocked.
I then called from my daughter’s phone and was able to reach someone. I requested to speak with a manager and was transferred to Brian House, General Manager. He initially seemed willing to help; however, when I calmly asked for the receptionist’s name—simply for documentation purposes—I was told he would not provide it and stated, “I will take care of it,” in a dismissive manner.
Throughout this entire experience, I remained calm and respectful. I do not understand why requesting an employee’s name was an issue, as it would have been visible had I been in the dealership in person. Our main concern has always been getting the vehicle repaired promptly and ensuring my daughter’s safety, as she faces a 15-hour drive back home.
Respect and courtesy go a long way. I appreciate the individuals who were helpful and professional, and I sincerely hope this matter is resolved soon.

Tahj and Isaac were amazingly helpful with the selling of my car. They were extremely patient and knowledgeable about my needs during this process. I received an amazingly generous offer on my car as well. I most definitely recommend Casey Chevrolet for all your car needs and when you stop by ask for either Tahj or Isaac, they will take care of your car needs.
