I had a tire blowout on my Tahoe while traveling on I-64. I stopped for the night and ended up stopping a mile from Casey Chevrolet and i’m so glad I did! The next morning, I brought my car in. They took me right in, found a match to my tires but the closest in stock was over an hour away. Instead of making me wait multiple days for one on order, they sent parts personnel to pick up my matching tire to have it complete for me that day. The best customer service I have EVER had from a dealer. Cleveland and the service manager went the extra mile and made my bad day a great experience. Thank you guys!!

"Service" closes at 5:30. That's just enough time to get off work, pay for "service", pick up keys so that it can be picked up later. They warn that the shifter cable may need to be replaced soon. When I get to the car when service is closed, it won't shift at all. It sounds to me like they broke it. Sales department is still open and Bryan wouldn't help out at all. Chevy, Casey, Certified Service ... your reputations feed off each other ... too bad you couldn't be creative enough to help a customer. My advice will always be stay away from the steeler

I recently purchased a 2023 Chevy Traverse and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The car itself is fantastic — smooth ride, spacious interior, and loaded with features that make every drive enjoyable.
A big shoutout to Chandler, who helped me through the process. Even though he’s only been with the dealership for about six months, he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely awesome to work with. He made the experience easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated.
If I had one note, it would be that management could be a little more relaxed when it comes to new team members learning the ropes. Everyone makes mistakes, and Chandler handled everything with professionalism and care.
Overall, I love my Traverse and I’m grateful for Chandler’s and Brian's help making it happen.

I went out to Casey Chevrolet to get my oil change and tire rotation and inspection, but I got the inspection done the week before so the only thing that I needed from Casey Chevrolet was just to change my oil and rotate my tires so the guy took my truck back to the back and then he brought it back and I checked the vehicle out. It looked like the oil on the dipstick was still black like it hasn’t been changed, but I don’t know if it was or it wasn’t changed because the guy told me that they all looks like that, regardless that they changed it or not I said OK so I looked at the tires and I noticed the tires didn’t get rotated at all because the way that I marked them I marked them before I got there at Casey Chevrolet and took pictures so I could prove to them because I’ve had this done to me before about them not rotating tires and they say that they have anyway he said he would check into it so he came back and he said that the guy that rotated them he only rotated the back tires from left to right he did not rotate the tires front to back. He only rotated the back ones to left to right to right to left so I said that’s not the way you rotate tire tires he said that’s what he told me but he said I’ll do one thing. I have to go back in the back again and he’ll rotate the tires like they’re supposed to be rotated and I won’t charge you for it so I was very upset and I asked to speak to the manager and he said the manager wasn’t there so that’s OK then a little later when my truck came out, He come walking out and the manager was walking to the other direction and I asked the guy was at the manager and he says yes but he’s not supposed to be here so he probably wouldn’t talk to you. I said OK so have him give me a call, but I’m thinking in my mind, that’s very poor. He’s here, so he should at least speak to me, but he did not so I waited Monday Tuesday and then I called Wednesday and I’ve talked to a manager and he said that he was the shop manager and he just started Monday so I told him what was going on. He said he would look into it and he would call me back so he did he call me right back after he looked into it and he told me the thing that he would do is give me the next three rotations on my tires for free and I says that’s fine but they need to see if they can correct the issue of them saying they’ve done something and didn’t do nothing. They’re just lying about it how many people have they done this to and he said that he would get it cleared up because he’s changing a few things around there so that sounds good to me so I told him thank you
