    While i did not end up buying from casey auto group, they were the most upfront and honest dealership i worked with in regards to pricing. specifically gerald bradshaw at casey chevrolet should be commended.

    My experience was horrible! They led me on to believe that I would leave with a car… my salesmen Corrner was very unprofessional.. he tried to put me in a vehicle that wouldn’t fit my needs…. The seats and floor was filthy… as If someone had just dropped it off… he was very lazy and didn’t put any effort into finding us a vehicle…. We were there for over 6 hours and still went home without a car …

    We applied for financing online so we wouldn't have to wait around and drive an hour to get there and home. So "customer service" called me and we expressed to them the situation, they understood and then we were transferred to a sales manager. We told her what were looking for and she said she would take care of it. A WEEK LATER, customer service calls me. We went through the same song and dance, A MONTH LATER, customer service and some finance person calls me.....we were dumbfounded. We bought a car somewhere else. 45 minutes in and out. Don't do it unless you have ALOT of time to waste. Customer service isn't the issue, communication is.
