- BJBarbara JacksonOct 15, 20255.0My husband and I had to get our Mercedes inspected so we’ve always used NTB In Chesterfield Meadows, but unfortunately, they do not have a state inspection person so we took it to the NTB on Hull St., Road. We are so happy that we did. The staff was so kind and considerate. The young lady at the front desk was amazing. I don’t remember her name but she was absolutely perfect. George, I think he may have been a manager was also amazing. He kept us updated. He actually supervised everything that we had to have done to our vehicle when the inspection was done we needed to get one tire, but my husband decided to get all four tires at one time, so George ordered our tires, kept us posted on when they would be in and as soon as he had confirmation that they were coming, he called us and told us he would have them on right away as a matter fact, they were installed earlier than we expected. We can’t say enough about how amazing the staff was and everything went so well we will always use this NTB From now on.
