I was able to get my car looked at, a great recommendation for tires on my EV and to my DMV appointment on time. They didn't have to be as awesome as they were but they really went above and beyond. I wish I got the inspector's name too - he was also great and informative.

The team was professional, prompt, and very fair with pricing. No pressure and no unnecessary upselling, just honest and efficient service. They took the time to assess the issue carefully and explained everything clearly throughout the process. Honestly it created more headaches for them to deal with it, then for myself. Special thanks to Sebastian, Steven, and O’Brian for their professionalism and attention to detail. It’s not easy to find a mechanic shop that can handle challenging situations while still delivering great customer service and reasonable pricing, but this team absolutely does. Highly recommend.

Super honest and upfront, never suggest work you don't need, and I've even had them tell me that what I came in to have done wasn't necessary. The only mechanics I've ever had save me money! My vehicle is almost old enough to graduate high school, and these guys take great care of her. Once I had a tire go flat a few days after they installed it and they replaced it totally free of charge, when it probably wasn't their fault at all. And if you need help understanding what's going on, Sebastian is a great teacher!
