Service department is absolutely to be avoided unless you want to spend a lot of time and money not getting repairs done. They don't answer phones or email. Even if you get someone to answer the phone they'll have no idea on status because their service managers quit so often that you'll never get the same one. Then finally they'll return your RV to you without having fixed the problem. Multiple times with the repair not working and at least once they scheduled me for pickup with literal wires hanging out of the ceiling and parts scattered about the interior and of course, without even having the repair part on hand. Absolutely no quality control on their repairs. Their response "well if your unsatisfied with the repair, you can bring it back in" which means making another appointment months later and good luck getting them to answer the phone. Save yourself the pain and dont go here.

We have been looking for a new /used camper since last summer. We looked at several and they were just too expensive....so a few weeks ago we decided to go to Manassas Camping World....they have the friendliest customer service people you will ever find.Martin Teller was our salesman....he asked if he could help us. We sat down at the table and first thing he did was offer us refreshments....he then proceeded to ask us what we were looking for in a Camper, what were our needs, and what size...he had several for us to look at....they were extremely busy....but Martin stayed with us....he did not rush us...he showed us quite a few....so he ended up selling us Our NEW 2025 Coleman/Keystone camper. So if you are looking for a camper, Camping World in Manassas is the place to go....and please don't forget to ask for Martin Teller if you want the best customer service you will ever get.....enjoy your new camper.....we certainly are.

We purchased a used Winnebago View from camping world Manassas. Our sales person was Bob Slattery, and he was excellent. He always returned my calls and went the extra mile to satisfy any of my questions and concerns. We had a few minor services issues, and Bob and the General manager Steve took personal control to get them rectified. I highly recommend them.

We purchased a Jayco GreyHawk from “Duck’ our sales person. We have purchased several RVs through the years including one from another Camping World and have never had experience where everyone was so forthcoming. Everyone from Duck, to the service area, to the managers, and Bill, the financial person were great to deal with. Even the front desk and the housekeepers were friendly and accommodating. Each answered our questions to the best of their ability, honestly, no high pressure, and no sales gimmicks. We have a whole new respect from Camping World.

We bought our camper the beginning of July. Our first trip out, the shock on the awning completely froze. When we went to put the awning in, the brace bent. My husband had to take shock off and attempt to straighten the brace to get awning back in. I also noticed a Crack in our stove. My husband called to make appointment to take the camper in to be serviced. They told my husband to have the camper in first thing in the morning on Monday, October 6, at 9:30 a.m. We arrived promptly to drop off the camper. My husband also mentioned they needed to adjust the breaks. I asked when the camper would be ready, I was told two to three days. I commented, "Oh good, it will be ready for our trip on the 17th. " The week went by, we didn't hear back. We called service on October 16, to find out the status of our camper because we needed our camper. We had a trip scheduled the following day on the 17th. My husband was told, " It's in the que." When my husband asked what that meant, he was told they haven't gotten to it yet. They would probably get to it on Saturday (October 18). We had to end up canceling a trip we had scheduled months in advance. Now, here we sit, Sunday, October 26, 2025 with no camper yet. Not even as much as a call to let us know the status of our camper. We have another trip scheduled for the beginning of November, am I suppose to cancel it because I don't know if I'll have my camper back in time. When I bought my camper, I thought this was a large reputable business, everything should be good. After talking to friends that purchased campers from smaller businesses. They tell me about excellent services they receive on their campers. I wish I had stayed away from Camping World and went with a smaller company that appreciates a person's business. I am so disappointed with Camping World. Our next purchase definitely will not be with them! Still waiting on a call regarding my camper!
