  My husband and I had been actively searching for a new camper, and once we finally settled on the exact model we wanted, we found one - by far the nicest one we'd come by - at the Camping World in Manassas, VA. After initially reaching out about pricing, salesman Gabriel Rodriguez called to follow back up to discuss the camper, answer my questions, and talk through our budget. Honestly, I didn’t think this camper was going to be an option for us—but Gabriel was incredibly kind, informative, quick to respond, and a fantastic communicator. He managed to work out some post-Christmas magic and made our dream camper happen at the price we needed. I truly couldn’t believe it. We were absolutely over the moon and so grateful for his persistence and dedication in turning what felt like wishful thinking into reality. When we arrived at Camping World in Manassas a few days later, meeting Gabriel in person was just as great as our experience over the phone. He was friendly, helpful, and made the entire purchase process smooth and stress-free. We also want to give a big shout-out to Tony, who led our walk-through and camper tutorial. He was extremely knowledgeable, super nice, and gave us a very thorough and informative overview—far more than we expected, and incredibly helpful. We truly can’t thank Gabriel (and Tony!) enough for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend working with them if you’re in the market for a camper!

  I can’t say enough great things about Bob Slattery at Camping World in Manassas. From the moment we arrived, Bob provided tremendous customer service and went above and beyond to make our visit truly memorable. We weren’t even making a purchase that day—just exploring a potential future option—and Bob treated us like valued customers every step of the way. My two young children really enjoyed the experience. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us understand our options without any pressure. Bob took the time to answer every question, explain details clearly, and make the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism with such a friendly, authentic approach. Because of Bob, what could have been a simple walkthrough turned into a standout experience that we’ll remember when it comes time to buy. If you’re visiting Camping World in Manassas, do yourself a favor and ask for Bob—you’ll be glad you did!

  Despite what people told me about Camping World, I went and visited their Massassas VA location. Felt if I was going to make a purchase I needed to see the options in person and the selection they had did not disappoint. First visit was 2 months ago and met Chris H. He was helpful, patient, and understood my needs and timeline of when I wanted to make a purchase. They (Camping World) do exercise sales tactics but not overly pushy at all. And now with a follow on visit on 3 January due to the outstanding service and follow up I found myself back at Camping World ready for a purchase after dropping price significantly in my opinion. During the purchase Chris and team provided recommendations and education on what I would need to enjoy my trailer as well as operate it safely. They even let me hitch the trailer to my vehicle as additional piece of mind to see what if any stress would be placed on vehicle. Despite what you may hear about Camping World, I recommend at least giving them a shot… and if you do I know Chris H will treat you right and spend the time you need in making an educated and comfortable purchase.

  Recently, my husband and I were served by Chris Hennessy at the Camping World Manassas location. From the moment we arrived, Chris provided exceptional service—he was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us explore our options. While we received a great deal, we ultimately decided to wait a little longer before making the purchase. Even so, Chris took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. We also want to give a special shout-out to the Finance Officer, Jordan, who was equally fantastic—friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Their combined professionalism and personable approach made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. We truly appreciated the personal attention we received. Chris and Jordan are both credits to the Camping World team, and we will definitely return because of their outstanding service.

  This review is specifically for the tall gentleman who is almost always attending the store/retail side. I wish I were better with names. When I first encountered him, I noticed it took him a moment to fully respond, but he consistently steered me to exactly what I needed, perfectly, for over a year now (and many visits), and always respectfully addressed me with, "Sir yes sir". Today I let him know I might not see him again, as I'm preparing to relocate. I was there picking up a Mr. Buddy heater for the trip. When I told him how far the journey would be, he was immediately and unabashedly moved to pray for me that everything would go perfectly. It's not every day that you encounter such a dedicated, kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate retail associate. I will genuinely miss him. Thank you, friend!
