    Chanda Bryan in the service department was absolutely amazing. What started out over a year and a half ago as a very frustrating experience, she made up for in less than 24 hours. Exceptional customer service, she even went above and beyond to get me information from other providers. Thank you Chanda!

    Everyone at Sheehy Fredericksburg was professional and courteous when I had my car serviced for 10,000 miles. I pre-rescheduled my appointment and waited for my car to be serviced, expecting it to take approximately two hours. It took four hours for a standard service call so clearly the service department was overbooked that day.

    I’m a regular customer here and have bought several cars from this dealership, and they always treat me great. The whole staff is friendly and helpful, but I especially want to mention Lexy. She was amazing. Just last month she helped me get a brand new Toyota Corolla for my son, and the experience was smooth, easy, and very positive. She was kind, patient, and really made us feel comfortable through the whole process. Highly recommend this place, and especially Lexy. Great service all around!

    Wilton Fernandes was great to work with when buying a new RAV4. He is very personable and works hard for the customer to find the best car at a fair price. Buying a new car at Sheehy was a good experience. I never felt pressured.

    Very disappointed with the service advisor I had last visit, Bryan. I arrived for a state inspection at 0906 am with my 18 month old son. I was also told they could fix the recall on my vehicle, and that the job would take “an hour and a half to two hours”. I waited until noon to message Bryan to inquire about my vehicle’s status. An hour passes, nothing. So at 1pm I called and got sent to his voicemail. I called again at 130pm, and again at 2pm. The third time I told the receptionist what was happening and she again said she’d transfer me. Again, it went straight to Bryan’s voicemail. At this point my vehicle has been in the shop for almost 5 hours and my service advisor has been MIA for at least 2 hours. With a toddler closely approaching naptime. The receptionist then called me back and told me the “the call must have dropped”. At this point I had had enough, and informed her that unfortunately the call indeed went through and I had just left yet another voicemail; your service advisor is just not picking up the phone. She apologizes and transfers me to Bryan for a fourth time. I politely ask about the status of my vehicle and Bryan bluntly tells me my vehicle hasn’t even made it to the shop yet. A full 5 hours after I left the shop for a simple state inspection, and a full 3 hours past the promised time. I inquired when the soonest I could have my vehicle ready and he said 45 mins to an hour. I glanced at the clock, it was about 245 pm at this point. I told Bryan this was unacceptable and I had a young child out for 5 hours because he was dishonest, and that I’d be at the dealership at 3pm, giving him an hour and 15 minutes to get my car ready. I arrived at 305 pm, Bryan tells me to “sit down while he gets the car”. I said “no, I’ll wait here”, at his desk. Don’t tell me where to sit with my exhausted toddler after you kept us out all day, Bryan! Do better. If this is how you all treat your VIPs I’d hate to see how you treat Joe-Smoe off the street. One star bc at least they passed my inspection?
