  I worked with Alexis and Solomon in sales and Zach in financing. Everyone was really great and I loved their teamwork to get the job done and get it done well! The vibe of the whole team was super cool, I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to do and everyone had really good customer service. Not the stereotypical car sales vibe here. I appreciate that they were patient in finishing the paperwork after normal business hours due to my work schedule. They never made me feel like I was an inconvenience or we needed to rush. Also, thank you to Jim Cary for being a nice, pleasant guy too. Overall really positive experience and I am happy to have done business with them. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

  Scheduled a 10000 mile check / oil change. Second question from them was did u buy your car from us? We did not. They told us it would be a 2.5 hr appointment. So we drove back home to wait. 30 minutes later they called and said the car was ready. They gave us a check off sheet that said all the things they inspected. They lied and the car still had the low tire pressure warning indicator. We had told them about when we gave them the car and they said they would fix it. Somehow a 2.5 hr check turned into .5 hrs. This is typical of the treatment you get in Fredericksburg from most dealers if you didn’t buy your car from them. They lie and screw u over. We will be checking the vehicle to see if any service was done at all. We tried to buy a vehicle from them. But their offer was so bad, you would have to be an idiot to fall for it.

  I had the absolute worst experience with toyota of sheehy fredricksburg. I bought a 2023 Toyota 4runner with 70k miles on it after a week of having it we noticed smoke coming out of exhaust on start up. Took it back to toyota where they ended up replacing motor, after motor was replaced and ready for pick up on the way home from said pick up lights on the dash came on had to take back to toyota same day. Picked up the following day after it was supposedly fixed the very next day all lights on the dash came back on and the vehucle was still blowing smoke out of exhaust in start up. Took back to toyota where we wanted to get out of the vehicle. Instead of being compensated with another vehicle for same deal/warrantys we where strong armed to get in another vehicle with $122 higher payment and no compensation on warrantys or deals on vehicle. We simply got a sorry and where sent on our way. I have reached out to an attorney for legal advice on said matter. I wouldn't recommend this dealer ship to fix or sell a bicycle.

  I have been going to Sheehy toyota ever since I had my Toyota it was a 2010 unfortunately I totaled it about a year ago which forced me to have to get another car and that was not a car I wanted I had to get a Ford Focus which I needed oil change my first one so I took it to Toyota cuz I like it and I'm used to going there I went there many years and I've always had good service and they've always done spectacular work so me bringing a Ford Focus in there was kind of surprise to them but they did what they did the oil change and the rotation tires and they did a good job and they were only recommendation they had put on the paper was I need two tires balanced cuz I still don't know which tires but hey I don't know if I'll go back again with this car because you know because it is a Ford Focus but if I ever need work done again on that car there's a possibility I will go back again so I would say yes I would definitely recommend them to anybody that wants your car done I don't care if the Toyota or anything I would recommend them definitely they're great they are great people are great and I love them I'm going to miss them I hope to get another car like that again

  I recently purchased a 2024 Toyota RAV4 from Sheehy Toyota and had a great experience from start to finish. My sales associate, Saige Thomas, was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire car buying process feel easy and stress-free. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel pressured, which I really appreciated. They also gave me a very fair trade-in value for my old vehicle, which made the decision even easier. When it came time to handle the paperwork, Keith in finance was extremely helpful and efficient. He explained everything clearly and made the process quick and smooth. Overall, the team at Sheehy Toyota made what can sometimes be a stressful experience completely painless. I’m very happy with my new 2024 RAV4 and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
