  I recently purchased a 2024 Toyota RAV4 from Sheehy Toyota and had a great experience from start to finish. My sales associate, Saige Thomas, was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire car buying process feel easy and stress-free. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel pressured, which I really appreciated. They also gave me a very fair trade-in value for my old vehicle, which made the decision even easier. When it came time to handle the paperwork, Keith in finance was extremely helpful and efficient. He explained everything clearly and made the process quick and smooth. Overall, the team at Sheehy Toyota made what can sometimes be a stressful experience completely painless. I’m very happy with my new 2024 RAV4 and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

  Had an appointment at 915, arrived at 905, dropped my car off. First excuse was they just got the electric back up, this is the second time I've heard that excuse when dropping off my car. So, that being said, we are a little backed up so might take a little longer. At 200pm, I decided to call because my text I sent, I received no response. So, finally I speak with the service advisor, stated because of a recall I was having looked at the same time as my scheduled service, they were waiting on a authorized service tech. So my car was still sitting there without have gone in the bay, 5 hours later and bo call or text for an update, unacceptable. I told the service advisor don't worry about the recall, I will schedule for another day, to please get my service taken care of. Another hour or so and I just showed up to the dealership and about 15 minutes later my vehicle was ready. So, my car took all day for about sn hour service. Again without any calls or texts to keep me updated, unacceptable.

  I went in a little after closing two days ago, but turned around after seeing the hours. Jim Glasner ran out and hooked me up by asking me my needs, wants, and budget. He told me about how the appraise trade ins by sending out pictures to all the sheehy dealers, and give me the highest offer. Well it was way higher than carfax so he sent over a perfect match of what i wanted. While i didn’t end up going with that due to change of mind, he said no worry and found me another perfect car, Low miles, Low prices, and good customer service all the way around. Treated me more as a friend than a customer. With that being said, I HIGHLY recommend Jim Glasner and Sheehy Toyota Used Cars

  I had a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle from Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The sales staff took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I fully understood my options without ever feeling pressured. The financing process was clear and transparent, and everything was explained in a way that made me feel confident in my decision. Customer service truly stood out to me — everyone I interacted with was patient, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but this experience was smooth and positive from beginning to end.   I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg. I had to bring my vehicle in three separate times for the same issue before they finally acknowledged on the third visit that it was covered under warranty and would be repaired. While I appreciate that it was eventually handled under warranty, it should not have taken three trips to resolve the same problem. My vehicle has now been there for over a week. I had to reach out myself just to get an update, and only then was I told they had just received the part and that I would be getting my vehicle back. Communication throughout this process has been poor and reactive instead of proactive. They did provide a loaner vehicle, which I appreciated. However, during normal interstate driving, a small rock caused a minor chip in the windshield. Instead of allowing a simple and common resin repair, they are requiring me to replace the entire windshield. What makes this even more frustrating is: • No damage waiver was offered when I was given the loaner. • The chip could likely be repaired rather than requiring a full replacement. • The cost they are requiring for the loaner windshield replacement is more than what the warranty repair on my own vehicle would have cost out of pocket. That feels excessive and unreasonable, especially considering this happened during normal driving conditions. While I appreciate the loaner and that the warranty repair was ultimately covered, the repeated visits, lack of communication, and the handling of the windshield situation have left me very dissatisfied
