- RBRebecca Burgoon1 day ago4.0Mostly a great experience! The salesperson I worked with, William, went above and beyond to help get me into the vehicle I wanted. He even drove to the Stafford location himself so I wouldn’t have to wait an extra day to pick it up. The salesperson manager was a little much. I had explained that I wanted the vehicle but it was going to come down to the pricing (specifically my monthly payment, it was going to be tight). He continued to overwhelm my friend and I with how much better the Toyota was than the other vehicle I was considering, all the safety features that made owning a Toyota the best option, and how the investment was worth paying more each month. I know that’s his job, so I wasn’t too upset, but it was unnecessary. I didn’t need to be talking into buying the vehicle. I told William that I didn’t particularly enjoy that encounter with the sales manager, and from that point on, the ONLY person I spoke with was William! He sent me messages with pricing options and spoke to me on the phone, and was the go-between so that I didn’t have to deal with anyone else. He did a great job! Overall, I am glad I went here, and would recommend it to someone looking to buy a vehicle. Try and team up with William, he’ll go out of his way to make the deal happen!

We have given them thousands of dollars over the year, they have the information and just refuse to print it for us. Completely unacceptable, we would pay for it if that's the problem, but they told my wife they'd print them out, would not email them and when she drove all the way there would only tell her the last three repairs. She interrupted a 2 yr olds nap to go down there, so as far as I'm concerned their whole dealership can rot.

If they state the my vehicle will be ready by a certain time it is always ready by that time but usually earlier. I personally rate them five out of five. I highly recommend the Sheehy dealership especially the service department.

- KCKristen Elizabeth Hill ClemonsNov 10, 20251.0i am writing this review while sitting in the parking lot. the sales man (older black gentleman with bald head) politely introduced himself but turned super cold when i said that i would only like to view the car and take it on a test drive but that i would be buying online just due to great rates. whether he was offended or not, im not sure, but he passively passed me keys to the car i inquired about and walked away - did not tell me which car he gave me keys to or about any of his “aggressive deals” he was offering. terrible customer service and now im likely to purchase a hyundai based on my sole interaction with this toyota sales person. do better!
