  I seem to have my windshield replaced often in the last 4 years, driving in the Northern VA traffic and Safelite has always been the company to fix or change my windshield. They are always quick and informative. The ease of them coming to me instead of me having to travel to them is fantastic. Thanks again

  All 3 employees we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The repair itself was amazing. I went from having to look “around” the chip to now having to look for the chip.

  They don't show up for appointments. They gave me a window of 1pm - 6pm. I sat home all afternoon and no one showed. I finally called at 5:30pm and they said the tech would call with an ETA. At 6pm, I gave up and pulled the car in the garage. I'll call another company for the repair.

  Technician did not take pride in his work, and with that being said, my back glass is not fully straight. I have a larger gap on the right side. Tech’s comment was it’s the best it can be due to the wiper blade hole. Another Tech came to assist and use a plunger to drop down some. But this time, the glue was settled and is not perfect but better. I will use Safelite again but will avoid this Tech that installed my glass.

  If you are thinking about using Safelite, don't, seriously, just don't. Had my windshield replaced by Safelite of Fredericksburg, at home service. Now my Honda Pilot sounds like I am driving with all 4 side windows down, which is very annoying. The cabin of my SUV is normally very quiet, one of the many things I love about it. So I drove to the Honda dealer to see what they could do about the issues. While sitting there in their parking lot I noticed bits of stuff floating down onto the dash, is when I figured out the Safelite worker cut my headliner. Not impressed. They used caulk under the windshield, the Cowl is damaged and to top that all off, they cut the headliner. The headliner is going to be $$. I tried calling Safelite, was only able to leave a message and no one called me back. My husband is seriously not happy and called and talked with them, but only got excuses. Stay far, far away from these folks, its not worth the slap shod service. I now have my Pilot at the Honda dealer to try to fix all the damage done by Safelite. Just heard from Honda. Safelite worker did a lot of damage in the tune of $1,700, to get just the windshield and other parts replaced around the windshield, and fixed correctly. This does not count the Headliner. Honda no longer makes replacements for my Pilot, so they are trying to find the best option. Am not a happy camper. Will Safelite do the right thing?
