- JDjerry danielySep 11, 20251.0They installed power running boards for me on my 2022 GMC Sierra. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed some dents on the driver side and I immediately showed the Tuna the owner and he told me that he would contact the manufacturer and let me know how to proceed. I have called Tuna on several occasions for follow up and he has no resolution, the last conversation I had with him on 9/11/25 he’s saying it is the manufacture issue and he’s trying to see how they are going to proceed. I understand the issue possibly came from the manufacture but it was his job to check before the install to make sure everything is good. I would not recommend this shop for anything outside of window tinting. Customer service is poor to non existent and the owner only cares about the dollar not taking care of customers. He is responsible for any issues with the product, he ordered and installed it but has decided to take no accountability for the defect.
