- SSSûr1 day ago5.0I was towed in with a dead alternator. They tested the new one extensively to make sure it worked, which was good, because it was faulty! As this would keep my car over the weekend and extend my hotel stay by an extra night, Bill gave me a discount and offered a loaner car for the weekend at no charge. And he even stayed about 15min past close (on a Friday no less!) to get me the loaner! They also gave my car a once-over, and pointed out things that were *actually* in need of repair (some fluids and my rear brakes), and didn't try to convince me to do it on the spot when it wasn't needed. I wasn't upsold on anything I didn't need, every interaction was respectful and friendly. Everything was explained to me with clarity and in detail. Fantastic experience to get me out of a bad situation!

High level of communication, reasonable prices and excellent customer service. They were even nice nice enough to pay for my Lyft ride to and from my house. I would highly recommend them.
