About a month ago I did a long distance move with a truck and car-dolly. Frist time driving this sort of thing and I was super tired and stressed. I went in to drop off the car-dolly a little early and what seemed to be the wrong location (unknown to me). Yet, Shaun was super helpful in accepting the car dolly, helping me dismount my vehicle, separate the dolly from the truck, as well as park it (a super hassle in a small parking lot). This while taking care of so many other clients, that all happened to come soon after my arrival. Even though he was by himself and could have had an attitude or been unprofessional, he remained cool and kind under pressure. Which was very much appreciated after a long trip. Honestly, I wish I would have had someone like Shaun at my pick-up location and I wouldn’t have experienced so much stress and aggravation. Super grateful.
