- MOMisty OsborneJun 6, 20252.0Spoke to them on the phone they told me they do free diagnostics. I dropped it at 8 he called by 12 he told me that it needs a transmission cooler. He said he filled up transmission fluid and antifreeze. Which I never asked for.My car was still under a warranty but, he said he don’t work with those. The website makes you think they do work with warranties. I picked the car up and I owed for fluids and labor. They never asked me if I wanted anything filled up they just did it and my free diagnostics went to a 64 dollar bill when I picked the vehicle up. They acted like they didn’t know who I was when I went to pick up the car. They gave me a bill with fluids. I had to ask for something telling me what was wrong with the vehicle and it’s just a piece of paper with stuff jotted down. My son is mixed and went with me to pick the vehicle up and that’s when the guys didn’t know me and was rude. So I believe the comments above 👆. I wouldn’t go back here!
